Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - December 2006

My friend, Jennifer just told me she was lesbian and it was kind of a shocker she told me yesterday on her cell phone while we was texting. And I don't know what to do, when she told me I told her I had to go so I would not text something that would hurt her. And I do not see her till 3rd period and am not for sure if I could face her today. So what should I say and do?

so almost all my friends are homophobic, I honestly dont know what to do. My best friend, well hjs name is Li and um well I cant help it.....I king of have a crush on him. But i', to afraid to tell him, I dont want to scare him or anything and I dont even know if he's gay or not. He's had a g/f or two but they never last. This guy I work with asked if I would like to have a beer and watch a movie with him sometime. He has no idea I am gay. I didn't tell him I am gay because I am not out at work. I simply told him I was flattered but I don’t date people I work with. Ever since he asked me out I have been obsessing about how I look in front of him, I make excuses to walk past him at his desk and I flirt with him. I even dyed my hair to get his attention. So that he would notice and give me some more attention. Even though I date women now I used to be with men when I was younger. I do find my co-worker attractive but his personality sucks. If I were straight still I would never go out with him. Why am I acting this way? I know that it is wrong for me to lead him on. I guess it just feels good to be desired. I don’t know, what do you think my deal is?

Sexuality is known to greatly influence your life in terms of homo and bisexuality in that this is not an issue that heterosexuals will have to face in their lives.

Some who are faced with this will withdraw from the general bulk of society and form a click of those facing the same issues as a form of support.

I was born with an addictive personality and it is something i know i have and sometimes struggle with. Alcoholism flows in my DNA. Seeing how i was born an Alcoholic that doesnt seem to justify being one. Even if the only one i'm hurting is myself.

So i have been scared since the age of 6. When i was younger they did kinda bother me a bit, but people kept tellin me 'oh nobody notices them' Anyways i tend not to date (I'm gay by the way) or look for that special someone because of this.
