Most likely kinky, but it really depends on the guy and his thoughts on it. Does he imagine that the woman doing him is a guy?
I know one extremely kinky gay guy whose Master surprises him with Mistresses wearing strapons, as a reward. Some guys who enjoy it from women are bi, and could be thinking either way.
