i know sounds weird but let me explain. last night. my best friends and i where watching a movie. (me and her have this weird friendship.we flirt alot and i have told her that i like her. she said she is straight. yet she still flirts.she know that i am bi .) we where sitting there holding hands then she put her head on my chest. and she turn and look at me. i couldn't help it ... i kissed her and then she kissed me back. so we made out and stuff.
then all of a sudden she jump up and saids " i can't do this" and grabs her keys and walks out. i get a message from her today on my facebook from her. basically stating that. "she loves me but she can't let herself love me.... it's wrong and God doesn't like." i want to call her back. but i had no clue what to say.

For all you people who dis our serious questions with quotes from the bible...and those have a similar opinion...I have friends who go to church and say that they accept everyone and anyone, yet they do not accept gays, but i do have friends who actually follow their faith and accept everyone for who they are. I know that in the bible it refers to being gay as a sin, but isn't discriminatin also a sin? not loving someone for who they are? Being bi, i usually do not partake in my friend's conversations when they are talking about people who are gay are in the wrong, although they do not know i am bi. I just wondered why people can't see and accept gays as humans? it's a way of life, do people who discriminate have an image of a perfect human? do they think that God has only one mold for everyone??? i thought that everyone is individual? so why is it so hard to accept us?!

Hello. I'm 16 years old and I'm having a very difficult time in trying to see how I can tell or 'make it seem obvious' to my parents that I am gay. As you can see my parents are strong believers in the Pentecostal-Christian faith and they don't take homosexuality as a joke. What they don't know is that I am part of that great big circle they oppose greatly of, not only that they are against me and hold me in high disappointment because I was brought up in a 'Christian family' and yet I don't go to church. I don't believe in God, or anything and I've been like this for years. In fact, I've been liking boys ever since I could remember, but I've been keeping it hidden in the shadows afraid of what is to happen. I'm growing up, my hormones are starting to react to things and my heart is beating faster! I have a crush on my best friend, I love him 2 death like a brother and a lil bit more. I just don't know what to do. If I was to call myself a Christian, that would be hypocritical.

Sri Lankan Gays Want Anti-Homosexual Law Scrapped
Reuters, August 19, 1998
COLOMBO - A Sri Lankan gay group, complaining of victimisation and harassment, said on Wednesday it had appealed to the government to make homosexuality legal.
"We have written to the government and are waiting for a reply," Sherman de Rose, director of Companions on a Journey, told a news conference.
Under a 130-year-old law, homosexuality is a punishable by up to 12 years’ jail in SriLanka http://gaysrilanka.bravehost.com

I am a heterosexual girl. Some of my friends use the word "gay" for a lot of things (when they are all hetero). Just a day ago one of them said, "My camera is being so GAY!"

I have told them that I don't appreciate this, since "gay" means happy and the correct term is homosexual, plus a camera can't be gay, and many other things, but my defense always seems weak. What can I say so that they don't blow me off?

Maybe this is common...I don't know. My husband was reading through some updated insurance information that he received from his job yesterday, and did you guys know that The Home Depot allows homosexual people to include their Domestic Partners on their insurance plans? If this is old news and is common practice, I apologize. I just thought it was really cool! Do other companies do this?

so is there a way, without seeming evil, to make it clear that you don't want to be friends with someone you just want to sleep with them. so i met this guy really hot really nice body, beautiful face, he can sing like all hell, but nothing about him makes me want to make him anything more then someone to sleep with. He doesn't really have a personality. I have not slept with him, but would really like to, so i want to let him know this without losing the oppertunity to sleep with him.

Considering the fact that womens and mens brains are different and thats what influences their behaviour, and homosexuals/lesbians usually act like the opposite gender, does that mean their brain is different?

He's my best friend. Everyone from our close group of friends know he's gay and we're totally OK with it. I don't have the guts to ask him point-blank, but I'd like for him to feel supported. He's from a very conservative family. I can sense that not coming out is stressing him tremendously. What to do?

I'm gay but I'm not sexually active yet. However, I don't feel attracted to flamboyant gay guys at all only the straight-acting ones and I feel a bit repulsed by the thought of anal sex. Are there any other guys like me? Do you think this is gonna change?

Lovely face, lovely body. Being smaller is no problem. The best sex ever has been with Chinese guys. Love to please them. I wonder why most of them seem to be passive.

i recently came out to my mom, and she said she was very supportive of me, whatever i decide to do in life. but she did say she'd "rather me be straight" and was hoping that i am "just going through a phase." this was about 2 months ago. how do i talk to her about this? i should've done it when we were having the entire "coming out" talk. but i couldn't, cause she has a way with words to make you always sound wrong. help me out, i wanna tell her that this is not a phase. she thinks i might just be confused, cause i act 100% straight, like if you met me, you'd never know. i'm not too open about it, but if someone asks, i'll be completely honest. so, i just need some advice on telling her this isn't just a phase and when to bring it up, cause i dont wanna be just sitting there at dinner and then say, "hey, this is not a phase" etc.. what kind of conversation should i start with?
