I was chatting with somebody online and when they found out I was a crossdresser they said I was a puff.Was going to ask them what they meant but my computer died,so can someone please tell me what it means.thanx

a puff is a derogatory term for a gay guy in the UK. the person that called you that obviously doesn't know that not everyone who dresses in drag is gay.

WHO ever you were chatting with was not into cross dressing but trying to put you down.

For get that nut and find someone like myself that really into cross-dressing and enjoys doing it. I am experimenting with going outside at night and wearing bra panties thigh stocking and 3" heels and just walking around in them I have also found that i can't take a long stride in them. which is OK.

That is British English slang for gay man, sort of like american English using the word fag(got), which actually means cigarette or bundle or sticks.

I think it's British term and has something to do with words like 'f *****' --but sorry I'm not sure about this one.
