I am wondering cause I want to ask this one guy if he is gay so that I can ask him out, but I would feel so bad to put someone on the spot like that, does anyone ever feel freeked when someone asks you if you are gay and you think they are gay too? Should I just keep flirting or should I be more direct about it? I don't want to have him be all uncomforatble and not answer honestly, what are the odds he will answer truthfully? I am so confused on what to do... PLEASE HELP!!

Here in Los Angeles, I remember there being blacks versus Mexican riots in schools back in 90s and these things are still going on. I'm also hearing about Mexican gangs that drive around looking for blacks to murder, some of them not even being gang members. It seems to me that it is never blacks that are starting these fights. I don't know what it is, but is seems like many Mexicans are just racist(sometimes violently racist) against blacks. Blacks have no history of oppressing Mexicans or denying them rights or anything. Yet there is this hate driving some Mexicans gangs to go killing blacks for no reason. And from what I hear, racist attitudes towards blacks are pretty much the norm even among Mexicans not involved in gangs. Where does this hate come from? Because from what I see, it doesn't seem like blacks are doing anything to Mexicans.

I have to work with it for the first time in Chem tomorrow....
I don't know about you, but I like my eyes and their ability to see stuff. And I like skin to cover my bones.
Our school was dumb when they put in the new chem lab rooms: The sinks splash like there's no tomorrow, so I'm going to be even more likely to splash the acid on myself. Ugh.

I live in a small town of about 100,000 people, and I was wondering why the interstate divides the city in half. On one side, there is shopping and houses and hotels and stuff, and on the other side, there is like a farm with cows and junk.

It is like 8 lanes wide and it is really ugly and distracting. Are most places like this or is my town just retarded?

Not to impugn them, for I thank them for taking the time to point it out, but I feel it strengthens the divide between sexualities. And I feel it implies that we are pitiful, and easily offended, and perhaps we are. But I don't see the need, it's not like I'm going to be hurt if you offend me. I try to answer questions by the question asked and only resort to not doing so when the question is obviously out of line.

But maybe I'm not understanding this. Any insight?

My beautiful Chicago stands on the bank of my L. Michigan, forever beautiful. May be the most beautiful city on earth. It has stolen my heart forever.

I am actually a Brittish citizen, and with globalization I do not have to worry about the hassles South Africans face, if i want to move there.

My question is:
What is the legislation of the state of Illinois regarding homosexuals? Is gay marriage an issue? Is there intense persecution? If so, is it set to change in coming years?

Is moving to Chicago as a gay man a viable option for me?

Why does everyone think Gays are gross? I'm not gay or lesbian, but I'm not against them or anything. My friend thinks they're absolutely gross, and I don't get that.

this question for one of my roommates. How do you use Google Earth to see pictures of the Grand Canyon of Africa? OK, just today i was hloding hands with this one guy at school that just asked me out and we were getting to know eachother and stuff. Well....then he asked me if he could kiss me and i said yes in a heartbeat (i really like him)
--then the principle of the school came up to us and warned us if he ever sees us holding hands ever again or kiss we will get in big time trouble and he'll call our parents. I coulnt even beleive he said that, straight couples kiss all the time in our school but he tells them nothing!

I am smiling from ear to ear over my great SS increase of $18.75 a month in Jan. Wow, then the complex where I live will grab 30% of that so help me out here--where do I put this $13.12 to make it do the most good??? A hundred and fifty seven dollars a year!!
