Tealc666 and Goldwing ? have they given up on our site? I for one really miss their humour

I have it from fairly reliable sources that Goldwing has been buried in work...He is wading through the ugly job of executor of his late business partner, AND running a large company by himself at this point. I know him well enough to say he hates detail work, bookkeeping, and the day to day crap that all businesses require..that is the stuff his partner did. He was free to guide the business into product, was the final say in what went on in the company, and the resident expert for his clients who constantly need help. AT this point, his time is very limited, for in avoiding doing what he must, he has played far too much at YA! with very lovely people...but all things must be put into prospective at one time or another...and the "another" has arrived. HE spent 15 hours today straighening out auto leases, insurance, and legal matters...just a bare start as to what must be done to protect the business and all those who work for him. And at the same time, he is developing two new businesses, one having to do with a fellow member here, an artist, undiscovered to this point, but soon to make a big impact on the world of fashion. He volunteers time to the ACS when he can, Diabeties association, and American Heart foundation. In addition to this, he finds some here who are in desparate need of help and does what he can to ease their burdens. He feels that life has blessed him in so many ways, and feels an obligation to help others where he can. He is by no means rich, but can do without many things when so many are in very real need. HE sends his appolgies that he will not be able to play here as much as he would love to, but life is real, and life goes on for so many. When he offers a helping hand to those here, he means it and follows through. Perhaps this is his means of repaying life for the kindness it has shown him in so many years past. He is a strong believer in what goes around comes around, and is very careful to keep good karma about him. He does not like bickering, and has backed off to a great extent until things settle down to a lovely peaceful exchange of fun and ideas. HE has asked that you forgive his absence, for it is not directed at anything here, it is what life is dealing at this point. He has found, through this site, that so many have it hard, and he wants to ease that burden where he can. But he is but one voice in a hoard.....if you can help our lovely brothers and sisters in time of need, he urges you to help as you can without jeapordizing your well being. He wishes you all love, peace, and kindness in your continued journey through out life. LIfe is so short, as he has found out in the past few months, and he is having a very rough time dealing with the loss of his dearest friend. WE all have been there, and know what he is going through. Please tell him it passes with time, he is not convinced it does. Phil
He recieved an amazing letter from one of our dear companions at this site today, a friend he has the highest regard for. She insisted on his taking her advice, he thougth about it and had not choice but to agree with her, and is following her advice...things will smooth out in time, and as a result of that one letter from one of our admired dragons, he has set about changes in his actions and goals. This dragon is a very wise, old soul who cares for many here, and he is but one of them. He feels very honored to be in her inner circle of friends. Bless you dragon(s), for you have felt life's bitter sting in many ways, have gained great strength from the battles and you are sharing very good advice with him. Trust that he never take criticism badly, and in fact, analyzes what is said to him without rancor. Truthful friends are a rare commodity in life, to be treasured for a life time. It is rare that so few connect in life, yet Goldwing has had the singular privilidge of meeting so very many truly great people here. He admires each and everyone of you....be sure of that. As you must have read by now, our beloved Goldwing is very busy with many thing, & I am just but one of them.
We dragons & Goldwing will pop in from time to time, but not like before.
Phil is a truly wonderful person, & if all goes right & I can live up to his expectations, He & I are going to have a great time in our little adventure.

Well, it may have been the 'drama' - you know how men are, they don't care for 'cat fights' regardless of who is right or wrong and the violations, trolls etc may have gotten on their last nerve!...but then remember goldwing said he was going to be very busy with his business now that his partner is gone...tealc...dunno...It will be nice to have them back SOON!
EDIT: just read goldwing's simply awesome and beautiful posting up above. I am so moved I have tears in my eyes. You hang in there my friend - we will keep the door open and the fires burning and a peaceful aura for your return.

1. I believe Teal has changed his name due to problems. I loved hearing from Teal as well.
2. Our beloved Goldwing is still around. I believe he only answers questions that he feels deserve to be answered. He is very selective, and can become bored on this site if he feels there is nothing really interesting to answer or nothing he feels qualified. That is the kind of person he is. I admire him a lot.
Edit: Teal has not changed his name so I am assuming he is working hard on something and unable to log on due to his work schedule.

What a breath of fresh air this morning , To read all the love and caring answers devoted to others on this site, It sure proves we don't need all the bickering , We all have things going on in our lives , and to maybe step away from them for just a moment .and come here and then see someone criticize another human , with such petty stuff ,well anyway everyone have a great day

I assumed both gents were working hard. Now that I read the answers it is just verified. It's terrific to see how selfless GW is and a friend and help to all.
I imagine when McTeal gets caught up on his sleep we hear from him again.
