Check with the state department of rehabilitation. They will assess the person in question and assign a job coach as well as a job developer for job placement.

I'm not sure though ebay may be an option. Not sure exactly how that works except that people bid on a certain item. Please be very careful with any 'business opportunity' that may come your way from these boards or elsewhere, and perhaps if you do end up with someone writing up a contract, you can ask a lawyer to look it over before signing anything. And please don't trust any 'online jobs' as they are all scams especially if asking for money upfront. Perhaps you can check with your county division of vocational rehab about job opportunities.
