I remember both well. Joe Namath was all man to do that commercial.

My favorite was Mean Joe, when the kid gives him a coke, and the kid walks away, and Mean Joe, says "Hey kid," and then throw him his football jersey. So precious.

I remember Super Joe Namath and the panty hose commercial. Also the Rosie Grier commercial. I think
he was called The Refridgerator. Those were really
funny.

Yes, I was hoping to forget some of those commercials. Way back when... When I was attending Jefferson Davis Junior College, there was an instructor, Jerry Clarke. He could have been the identical twin brother of Joe Namath, in fact at first, I thought he was and I almost asked for his autograph.
But that little voice in my gut said,... just wait and watch.

Yes, the first thing when I read the question was Joe Namath.
"...if they look good on me, think how good (or great) they will look on you".
I liked some of the beer commercials, too.
