There was a really good double rainbow today. I pointed it out to the group I was with and said something about how beautiful it was. I was instantly accused of being gay.
It's just a freaking effect of sunlight and water, me thinking it's pretty doesn't mean a thing about who or what I want in my pants.

Why do black people think acting ghetto is cute?

Why do white people try to use black slang when they were raised in the suburbs?

Why do mexicans think little lights on their cars are cool?

If being gay is something that God wants us put to death for, yet he hasn't, shouldn't that mean that ignorant homophobes need to shut the hell up?

And don't say that's what we have AIDS for because AIDS is just a much a straight disease as it is a gay disease, and anyone, regardless of orientation is going to get it as long as they sleep around.
I simply don't believe that God wants us put to death for it, and I don't even believe it is still or ever was a sin( my opinion anyway), and that's why God hasn't put us to death. So, therefore, anti-gays need to mind their own business. Anyone agree?

As a teenager, I here that I am really "mature and sophisicated" because I ballroom & swing dance, listen to jazz/blues (i.e. Billie Holiday or Frank Sinatra) and love theatre and art and things of that nature. I have lots of friends and really hang out with all "cliques" on my high school. I hve never met anybody that listens to the kind of music i do or that knows how to ballroom dance and really likes the things that i like.

So I was wondering, how different does that make me? And if you are a teenager, what kind of things (music or whatever) do you find interesting? Id like to put the theory that im unique to the test. please no rude comments, im just curious.

oh and sorry if i this is under the wrong section.

I recently posted a question saying that I was wondering why even though my father found out I was gay from my cousin and was okay with it, why hadn't he mentioned anything to me. I thought that maybe he was secretly ashamed or uncomfortable. Well, I just got off the phone with him, and when I brought it up, he said that he was okay with it. He said he was not ashamed and would tell anyone who asked that that was just my preference( he said for now, which tells me he thinks it might only be short-term,but still he accepts it) and that this is a new millenium and 2006, and times have changed and it doesn't matter who I date. Now,, I have both my parent's blessings, even though I still would have continued to date women anyway, but now I know I have their support. Isn't this great?

As far back as 10 yrs I remember being attracted to females with my first lovebite at that age from an other girl. I never had the guts to come out and I did what my family and culture says is right. Got married at 18 in order to get out of home. Have 3 children, my ex husband knew i was attracted to females from the beginning and I nearly didnt marry him but hence 13 years later we split up. I never once cheated with a female while I was married, although he would have loved me too. No I saved that. Anyway I came out a few years ago and my kids know. Ive had 2 relationships and are currently living with my female partner. Who I love to pieces, we have to issues regarding her mental health for a while and of late I've found my thoughts wondering to thinking about sex with a male again. Okay let me state this, I dont want a relationship with a man, its just not me.... . Am I bi, if so how does that works being in a committed relationship. Is it just stress? what do you think?

Bigoted, rude replys will result in me reporting you for slander and hate.

I still find it difficult to rationalize a rather stupid behaviour like getting drunk! Perhaps our friends in Alcoholics Anonymous can explain and answer the question in their usual spiritual manner. They seem to be into spirits and extraterrestrial matters!

Oh Jesus, save me from the demon booze! My brain quit working and I need your help! Jesus, take me home! Take me home to the big AA meeting in heaven!

Why do people (especially guys and a fair amount of females!) always assume that because I'm a lesbian that must mean I haven't had any 'good d*ck'? And when I say I've tried it, don't like it, they still persist with "But was it good?"
WTF?! If it was good I wouldn't be a lesbian, now would I?!
What is wrong with people?

.....Thanks for listening, I had to let that out.

Facing the reality that you have homosexual feelings can cause enormous inner turmoil. Especially if those feelings directly conflict with your values, self-image, and life dreams.

We know what it’s like. We've been there.

So we also know you don’t have to be gay...and you don’t have to live in painful denial of your true feelings either.

When do YOU want to change?

There's something beyond bi-curious that I still wouldn't call bi. That space where it's not enough romance to ever be a relationship and/or not hot enough to actively persue. LOL, I think of "curious" as predominently intellectual thing, as in deciding to try oysters. I'm talking about after you tried the oyster, didn't gag, but would only eat them again under pretty rare circumstances.

BTW, I'm more interested from the gay/les perspective than the straight.

but as I sit here watching tv half&half, girlfriends, all of us, one on one and other shows. I realize we have not, all the actors are light skinned, and I resent that with a passion. I never watch movies from the 40's to 60's that are all black because they never use dark skinned actors.

Why are we taking a step back?
