i went to the christmas tree shop to buy a couple of lamps today. my 7 year old and the baby 3. they were being sooo good. they were not causing any ruckous, running around or yelling. they were just standing in the small lamp dept. this older women about 45 was with an even older women 65 or so. they started talking about how rude children are. i didn't think they were talking about my children as to be sooo bold as to say it out loud in front of me (the mom) but, they were. she was saying. why is the baby carriage there to her friend the other women replied by saying you know some of these parents they let there kids run around and don't care. AND they really should keep their children at home. so, turned around and said mind your own business. she said, "it is my business" i said oh? my kids are your business? oh, ok thanks for the news flash. coz i thought my kids were my business. she stuck her middle finger at me. i called her a wench bag. and said don't get angry at me for being

I believe in God and I believe that he does answer prayers, I just don't understand why he doesn't answer my prayers. I have been praying for months now and don't seem to get an answer. I have faith that god will answer my prayers. Has anyone had their prayers answered? How do you pray? Is there a certain way to pray to god? I am praying that my marriage will be saved. My children pray every night as well. Just want to get other peoples thoughts on praying. When do you know that you have your answer to your pray? How do you know?

I doubt it will be the cemetery because isn't that more of a religious thing, than that of an Atheist one?

Im looking for a non-profit community service job to get 20 hours by around Late january. Im looking for something that don't need much "people/social" skills. I was thinking working at a library, but anyone else have any other ideas?

It is good to hear people living in the past, say 1920's, 1930's. 1940-1950', 1950's -1970's, 1980's. 1990's-2000's , to the present.
We usualy determine the costume or fashion basing on the year they are worn.
Clothes, or fashion enhances a person or individuals personality. It means that just because that the style it would fit all individual and it would enhance a persons personality... There is always the line , print, color that would fit an individual...
Do you agree that we should always follow what is in style or the fashion of the current year....even if it would (may not....) fit
the kind of body that we have?
Do you also agree that just what an aunt did, she saw and design her own clothes.... Sometimes the design is in the 1980's or a combination of any year..... She also make a research on the internet on the designs.......

My finace and I are lucky enough to be taking a 10 day honeymoon to beautiful St. Lucia. However, I feel that this is quite indulgent and wish to at least volunteer or help out with a charity for a few days while I am there. Do you know of an organization that I could contact to arrange a few days of charity/volunteer work in St. Lucia? We are staying at the Sandals Grande, so if it is on that side of the island that would be best, I am not sure of our transportation options for long distances. Thanks!

Christmas is coming up and a relative of mine whom i always give a gift on Christmas is really near the end of her life. we have been told that she may not even make it to Christmas. it wouldn't make sense to really give a gift to someone who is not going to be alive to use it but then to NOT do so seems horrible because she would know that the reason why she would get a card or something is because shes dieing. should i just get something as usual? that's sort of what i feel is best , continue as usual until the end, rather then bury her before shes dead. what do you think? and if you agree that i should buy a gift what sort of thing ought it be?
