Short one, yeah, for a project, I have to learn about and be able to tell a story of a Roman myth. Preferably one about a god or goddess. I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could give me a really good story/myth to tell about one of the Roman gods/goddesses. And also, it can't be the Apple of Discord/Judgement of Paris.

Thanks a heck of a lot for your help!

Have the first dance together, after the wedding speeches? They used to call it the first waltz.

If so, what was the name of the music you chose?

The sheep go with Jesus and the goats are consigned to the everlasting fire prepared for the Devil and his angles. Everlasting, in this instance is from the Greek aionios. Mat.25:46 Jesus spoke in one sentence of everlasting (aionios) punishment and life eternal (aionios). There are those who assume that since the righteous will be given everlasting life, that sinners will be punished for the same time period. But that assumption cannot be reconciled with the statement that those cast into the lake of fire perish. They suffer death. The second death. Rev.2:11, 20:6&14, and 21:8. It is eternal punishment, not eternal punishing.

Genesis 19:24, Sodom and Gomorrah are utterly destroyed. Consumed by fire. Jude7 describes these cities as " suffering the vengeance of the eternal (aionios) fire." These cities are not burning today. Why? It is not the fire that is eternal, but the effect of the fire.

The eternal aspect of the (aionios) fire is its everlasting effect, NOT how long it burns.

the existence of demons? Do you not recognize that the reason you don't believe in God is because you are posessed? Do you not see that your very lack of belief is proof that God and demons exist? Repent, and have your eyes opened to the Truth, the Light, and the Glory!

So, this Darren guy decided to log on here and tell a very interesting tale about a young girl that sought his help while being followed by an old "weird" guy. He let her sit on a bench beside him. Then a very large angry and apparently out of his mind man came by and threatened "darren" and then dragged the girl off as she resisted. Darren did nothing and doesn't want to tell the police!

Title of the Q is "Can I be charged with a crime for what I did?"

I think he's a pervert. In fact he wrote to another user saying that he was in the park looking for a victim of his own. He wrote to my response with these comments:

"And yeah, you can believe me, becuase it happened in reality, hey, maybe I'll send you the article when they find her body?"
"Well, now she will grow up from that."

He's not bothered at all by the fact that there could be an article about her body.

I think he's a liar. I think this is a thrilling story for him. I think he's sick!

What can we do to get rid of him?

God, the creator of all people; loves everyone. Made in God's image, as believers, we have the ability to love other's as God loves us. Though Jesus can relate to other people as God relates to us. When we love other people the way God loves us, other people see God's love in us. As your children see you love and respect other people, he will love and respect other's.

Are you willing to love as God loves you?

Now don't get me wrong I don't believe that everybody is going to heaven either but I find it hard to believe that the majority of the world is going to hell. Am I wrong for having this belief? This question is meant mostly for my fellow Christians but all are welcome to answer as well.

Wow....it's weird how some people call me a moron, idiotic, ignorant, illiterate, etc....because I capitalize Atheist to show respect to them....

Maybe I should stop and start condemning them to Hell like they think all Christians do anyway....

Does this make ANY sense to you?

... permission to visit the site of the World Trade Center in NYC in order to lay a wreath at the site during his visit to UN HQ. The White House has stated that the decision lies with city of New York which has denied the request on the grounds that the site is under construction as well as the act would constitute a security risk. The White House states further, though, that (paraphrased) it is odd that a state sponsor of terrorism would want to visit the site of such terror.

What do you think about this?

I don't know. I'm just confused. Because people hate muslims so much now, because of Al-Qaeda, Bin Laden, and the terrorist attacks. So why do we have the beat for it? Why are head scarfs being banned around the world? Why are we being accused all because people who share the same religion aren't setting a good example of a muslim?

Did Catholics go through this ever since the Holocaust, since Hitler was catholic?

who complains, whines, talks, gossips, gets women into trouble for no reason, and makes emotional and crazy gestures and goes ballistic. Is this man full of drama and possibly gay.

He is 40 and not married and never has been.
He treats the women like trash all the time, and says to them do I know you, or who are you when in fact he's seen or worked for them before?
