who complains, whines, talks, gossips, gets women into trouble for no reason, and makes emotional and crazy gestures and goes ballistic. Is this man full of drama and possibly gay.
He is 40 and not married and never has been.
He treats the women like trash all the time, and says to them do I know you, or who are you when in fact he's seen or worked for them before?

My credentials suggest that this more of a behavioral problem than sexual identity, although it may indeed be. He could be venting because he is straight and has low self-esteem and is taking out his frustrations on the sex that he is interested in as a way of "getting back". Perhaps he is building a wall so that he will not be disappointed by trying to advance in a possible relationship that he may have experienced earlier that may have ended badly in a former situation.
On the other hand, many people are "possibly" gay that do not have these tendencies. It would statistically be uncommon for a gay man to disrespect women socially. In this case however, it may be that he is gay and does not like women. Typically, gay men gravitate positively toward women because they are a safe zone for them and usually women feel the same way and enjoy a healthy friendship with gay men. Gay men seem to have more in common regarding interests with women which makes for a non-stress friendship that neither worry or even think about it going any further.
Because this man is 40 and never married is irrelevant to his alleged actions toward women. Many straight men choose not to marry at all. I would question how he treats men in the same environment. He may not act the same way because a conflict between men can be challenging, while when it is a woman may not be so in his view.
I am throwing out the sexual orientation theory and suggest that this person is just a jerk. We cannot determine his sexual preference upon the evidence provided, so the logical answer is that he is just a nasty person. There is a definite reason for this, but without more information, it would be difficult to determine what that is.

Whether he is gay or straight...he seems to be a jerk! I wouldn't worry too much about his sexuality, and if he is as crazy as you make him sound, I would keep sharp objects away from him...
