Ezekiel 18:20 "The person who sins shall die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father's iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son's iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself. "

Where does Original sin come from , whereas it is clearly stated in ezekiel that the person who sins shall die, and his sin is on him , he's responsible for his sin, not anyone else.So ...

How do you justify "ORIGINAL SIN" in coherrence with this verse?

Is anyone really smart and can determine somehow using numbers what the real 6/6/6 date is. I heard somewhere that the one on 6/6/6 wasn't the real mathematically correct 6/6/6. Just saying.

Is it wrong to have my daughter sell candy to raise money for her own birthday party?

I was thinking about buying her fundraiser candy boxes to sell so she an make $ for her birthday party. Her dad and I both work, but we are short on $. Neither of us have a c/c and that's not a good route to go anyway.

So I was wondering. Is it illegal to do so? What would be the proper etiquette if someone asks why she's selling it?

I'm pretty sure it's not illegal. I heard someone say that they use to sell candy when they were young to earn $ for their own toys.

What to do?

Any other ideas on how to raise $ for her party are welcome. Her party I want to give her will cost about $200. Of course if things don't work out I know we'll have to settle for whatever we can afford.

Also her birthday isn't until end of Dec. We might have party end Nov though.

Please no rude comments though

During the first Gulf war when the oil wells were lit on fire I was attacked by a Demon on three seperat occasions all at night. The third time this Demon attacked me I comanded it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. This is when it happend. I was in my bedroom sleeping each time it occured and was awaken in a horrid way. When attacked the spirit inside me fought this Demon until I awoke and then made me take over. Have you ever fought against the dead, good luck you'll wish you never knew they exist. After I commanded it to leave the most amazing thing happend. I was brought into the presence of the Lord. By this I mean that the Holy spirit brought me into the Hallway outside my room and the Demon followed. As I stood there the Demon took his tail in one hand my hand in the other and placed his tail on top of my hand, It sent waves of fire through my soul. The pain was so sever I couldn't scream. All that I did is look straight up an say Father please help me. Then it left. true

To the best of my knowledge this is a form of withcraft, and is used by Satans Secret Society as the tool to performe there ceremony.Duetoronomy strictly forbids such practices and all who practice such things shall be cursed unless repentant. Christian will have repurcusions from having dabbled into sorcery.

That they talk bad about God when they don't even know him? They say he is hateful, self centered, egotistically, a lier, evil and much more. We Christians are his children and he is our father. We know him and that he is good, giving, forgiving and loving. And no offense, but he's earned the right to be worshipped. If you created the universe, were omipitent, omnipresent and could do anything you would be worthy of worship, too. How would you feel if someone started talking crap about your father or a family member that you knew and loved and you knew it wasn't true? You wouldn't like it, to say the least. If you want to say he doesn't exist, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. But to say bad about someone you don't even know is very low by anyone's standards.

I was lying in bed half asleep when my partner had someone come in for a reading. My bedroom door was shut but as they both walked past it to our reading room i saw both their auras. The first person who walked past, her aura was violet and purple with other bits of blue and green but majority violet. And the second person that walked past was more just a mixture of blue, green and other bits of yellow and orange.

When the reading had finished i asked my partner if she walked by first or second. I thought she must have been the first one. Violet and purple = Psychic colours. But she said she was second.

So i thought, a psychic is only someone who can interpret someone elses intuition for them. I dont bring the psychic energy to the reading it is the person who wants the reading.

What do you think?

I've asked about the sense of entitlement kids have today and I see it in this place often in the blatant form of questions such as:

"How can I get a NEW car with no money?"

"Where can I get music and movies for free?"

"Where can I get a job starting at $50,000 a year without college?"

"How can I get a degree without going to school?"

I've also heard more than one 20 year old intern at work whine that they shouldn't have to work late since they've already graduated and have "paid their dues".

I think we all wanted stuff we didn't earn at some point but we never actually EXPECTED it. They really seek things they don't deserve now as if it's owed to them without any regard to the logistics or consequences of where it comes from. Some of these people are getting into their 20's and not seeing the light. Had you heard anyone back in "our day" actually ask any of these questions with a straight face, wouldn't you have thought they we're mentally ill on on drugs?

1) Kids are told not to pray.
2) They're brainwashed into believing liberal "theories" like humans evolving from monkeys.
3) They're taught that homosexuality is "natural", eventhough it's never been documented outside of the human species.

I think we, as a society, have gotten to the point where we need to ask the proverbial question.....Is the Children learning?

Even among firm believers (especially among firm believers) there is too much disagreement on how the "word of god" should be properly interpreted. Would a god who thinks it imperative that we obey him be so ambiguous in his communications with us?

Two years now since the disaster and so much is left to be done. Why it takes so long to get the money to where it's needed is beyond me. All those trailers sitting in a parking lot rotting away when people could have used them. Billions of dollars sitting around not being disbursed except into someone's pocket. Let me in there....I'll straighten them out! Better yet, let's send Goldwing!

I mean, c'mon...one guy went all over the world and collected all these animals and put them on a ship without losing any of them? Wouldn't the birds fly away? Wouldn't there be evidence of this flood to this day? Kinda seems to me that some of the stories in religion are a bit too far fetched. Opinions?
