And a those who refuse to worship on Sunday are to be put to death with the blessing of your church.
Would you agree with your church leaders or would you decide that it isn't the will of God and leave and join the Christian Sabbath keepers.
Please carefully concider your answer.

How can people say this, I just asked a question about religion and spirituality and everyone said that spirituality came before religion. They said Jesus Christ was spiritual... He was Jewish, which is a religion. But even before the jews and other major monotheistic religions, there were religions that praised the sun and praised multiple Gods. If spirituality is just defining your own religious beliefs, wouldn't that just be Buddism without the beliefs in its prophets?

Reading the Da Vinci code does not mean that you are an authority on the subject!

This has been bubbling for a while... lol.

If you want to talk about religious conspiricies then fine, read books like 'the holy blood and the holy grail' and 'the templar revelations', but then again, at about 500 pages each with very little 'plot' i'm not sure people would.

Anyway, the point of this is, Why do people with only 5% of the information (in this case, from a book, which is full of truths, half truths and other made up plot devices) think they are the authority on the 95% they dont know.

PS - For sangreal (sang-real) to holy blood is utter crap, thats a deliberate misinterpretation of the translation.

I'm not saying there are no truths in those books, but you have to read them to cut through the rubbish. Of the same author of 'the templar revelations' there is another great book on how the turin shroud was manufactored possibily by Da Vinci himself.

[This question was asked before by myself but due to the small number of replies, I was motivated to ask it again]
To be part of any religion is like being a specialist in a field; to achieve that we must study, question and think about that specific field.
My humble opinion is that many people who adhere to different sets of belief have not made this effort and hence their belief is simply handed down from generations. If you do not study, ponder and question what you believe and if the very "text book" of your religious identity is something you have never read, are you 'qualified' to call yourself a foolower of that faith?
Please note that this question is not meant to be derogatory to any specific religious group and addresses all. Secondly, the purpose of this question is not to insult religion (for I am the follower of one) but to seek your opinions.
Intelligent answers will be welcome.

This ban is happening in the UK. I'm interested how this ban will effect the social habits of smokers and non-smokers and if the ban is generally welcomed as a good thing.

they both have a big history of racism.

But why is racism directed mostly particularly on them?
why not other races?

do people throw racism at what they fear most?
or is it because they are regarded as the most inferior?
is it because racists think they don't stay down in their place?

Circumcision rates in the US are declining even though doctors have shown that men who are circumsized have lower rates of penal cancer, certain std's, urinary tract infections, and HIV - AIDS. ( Research it if you disagree )
Are people who are telling parents what to do with their children using a form of AntiSemitism to eliminate some of the Jewishness of Jews?
Circumcision is still widely practiced in America, but if this trend continues, will Jews be targeted with "child endangerment" by people who think they know better when they are doing what they feel is best for their children?
I am looking down the road a bit, but will these really be discrimation cases? Against freedom of religion?
Many of my friends and family members are Jewish.

I was disturbed when I ran a crossed a google add for a movie called The God That Didn't Exist. So I googled it and what I found was a website saying that there is no Roman record of them putting a man named Jesus to death. I think that if this is true then it's just because they put him to death illeagly so they covered it up. Or maybe because it was pass over and it slipped their minds. What do you think?

I am not looking for answers like "nothing will happen because it's not real" or anything.

Me and my friend attempted a seance, but were unsuccessful. We used a prayer of protection, a white candle, and we made sure to say Goodbye after we were done. Then a day later at night, i was trying to take the homemade Ouija board we used off another piece of paper, and ripped it. Not more than 2 minutes passed before my dog started acting weird and whining and staring fixidly at one spot in my room, and then my birds started chriping loudly and consitantly and flapping around, and my CD started skipping. Possible explanations are;
1. My dog wanted to eat the birds.
2. My birds flap at random times when they want out.
3. My CD skips sometimes.

We thought of the ripped Ouija board, and grabbed our Christian crosses, and said a prayer of protection and left the room, and everything stopped.

Any advice on what I could do, or anything I did wrong?
