it's über, it's German and it means over, above, about

Your sentence is quite good as it is but written it should be
Das ist übercool
or
das ist voll cool
or
das ist obercool
or in Austria (especially Vienna region)
das is(t) urcool

Uber is German and it means "over" as in above something, not the end of something. Like many German words however, you will find traces of the word in other Germanic languages (Dutch, Flemish, even English)

In American-English context, uber refers to something super or supreme. Is it from the German language.

It's über. As others have already told you, it means over. However, über is not the same as uber. If you want to write it in English without the umlaut (2 dots) over it, you'd write "ueber."

The word "ueber" is German and means over. If you wanna say something is really cool, you could say "krass" or "ober cool" or "voll fett" or "geil". I think those are the most popular slang expressions for saying something is cool.
