I wouldn't if I were you. My parents knew that I was going to be gay since I was little. When I got into my teen years and actually told them they got mad. It's weird, but true. Now my dad is ok and I can at least talk to him, but my mom is still pretending like it never happened.

Also, it depends on your age as well. I came out when I was 16, now I'm 18. Things weren't so good when I first came out, it takes time to build trust.

If you do decide to come out and things don't go so well, take it a day at a time. You'll probably have to show them that you're still the same person you were before, the only difference now is that you're out.

If they don't need to know, don't tell them. If, however, it is likely they will find out from another person then tell them before they do. They will like it better coming from you. If they don't accept you for who you are, they are not much of a family. Most families accept a gay son or daughter without any problems. They might not like it but that is their problem not yours.

it's probably taken a long time for you to understand your own bisexuality, so it's not realistic to expect your parents to pick it up and understand right away.

if you actually have a significant other of the same sex, you're pressured into coming out. other than that, no one has to know. telling your parents will be a life changing event for both you and them, so plan carefully.

Pick a side, girls or guys. There's no in-between really. People will always be more towards a side, and that's a fact. And if you just say you are homosexual, it's actually better and more accepted instead of saying you are bisexual. It shows you know yourself more and are not confused.

never, coz no matter how you explain to them,it will not help you at all and will just ignite more issues when you happen to argue with them and it will all come up that you are wrong and it will be too late for regrets. Just remember, action speak louder than words.

nobody but u can advise u on whether to tell ur family or not. do what u feel comfortable with and don't feel pressured into having to make this decision if u aren't comfortable with it.
