This is a very asked question in a person mind. A question being asked to the so called spiritual leaders or those learned in theological but so many answer given and instead of being enlighten it became a big stumbling block to them. No, my friend it is not the same. God almighty will not allow His name to be blaspheme. Check with all the religious book. It all has thier own doctrine. Then pray like this. God almighty, I am nothing but your creation and till today I don't know you. Like a child crying to his Mother for assurance I too cry for spiritual assurance. If ever you exist, and I have a faint believe that you do exist let me be enlighten whether all religion leads to you. I need to know for all those that I asked gave me diffrent view. Who then can I turn to except you, my creator. If you are really serious in seeking the truth then this prayer in faith will definetely be answered.

It depends how pure belief is.
If every one praying to some one who is unique and only supreme power, without partner by any means ( like Spouse, Son, Daughter, or any other co existence being), then He is the same God Almighty.
God of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad (Peace and blessings on all of them).
But if some one praying to some one, with some kind of equal co existence, or partner by any means (Like Spouse, Son, Daughter, or Brother, Sister, etc. etc.), then obviously this is some thing different, and can be so many.
God cannot be more then one. Cannot be less then God.
No need to be less then God.
This absolute disgrace to God Almighty to be less then God.
And God Almighty can forgive other sins, but will not forgive any kind of sharing in His being.

Yes, I believe so. I believe there is only one God and the different religions are like different instruments for us to get to know that one true God. Different paths, one final place. No, I don't think truth contradicts itself. I think what matters in religion/s is not what they say, but what they do. I honestly agree that everyone can reach godlikeness on his own, I think Jesus is not the only way to heaven, and I believe there is a personal God. See, I believe that God is just so big for Him/Her/it to be limited to just one specific race or group of people gathered together thanks to socio-cultural upbringing and geographical lines. Buddhism, Islam and Christianity are undeniably different from each other and yes, there are conflicting points. But I always look past these differences, no matter how great they may be, and focus on what ties them all together. Seek to build, not to destroy.

Galatians 4:8
"Howbeit at that time, not knowing God, ye were in bondage to them that by nature are no gods: "
Hi,
I started with that verse to give you something like a bird's eyeview of what you're asking about.
You know, they'e NOT worshiping the same God.
What's the evidence?
The 7th Day Adventist church members don't eat pork, but for Catholics, they do.
Do they worship the same God or pray to the same god? No.
The god of the 7th day Adventist members don't allow them to eat pork while the god of the Catholic church members allow them to eat almost anything.
That's only a simple example so you can understand it.
I hope it made sense to you.
In the bible, there really are people who do not know who they worship to.
John 4:22
"Ye worship that which ye know not: we worship that which we know; for salvation is from the Jews. "
And in Acts 17:22
"For as I passed along, and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription, TO AN UNKNOWN GOD. What therefore ye worship in ignorance, this I set forth unto you. "
SEE THAT?
There are those who worship in ignorance.
But for Christians, it's established that
1 Corinthians 8:5-7
"For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or on earth; as there are gods many, and lords many;
yet to us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we unto him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we through him.
Howbeit there is not in all men that knowledge: but some, being used until now to the idol, eat as of a thing sacrificed to an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled. "
The Lord Jesus Christ is God.
Titus 2:13
"looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; "

I guess so ,,
There should not be more than one God... this is unbelievable..
If there are mor than one God , Why don;t one one of them to be the anly ruler ond God in that universe?!!
We-people- don't leave any one share us in our kingdom or government.... what do you think about the UNIVERSE?!!
Some thing is wrong or misunderstood about those who are saying there are multiple Gods... what is there proof?!!
In science , all signs assure that all are created by only one ...No difference between the way of creation..
May God accept and help us...Ameen

I used to believe this when I was agnostic and a mystic. Then I found the living God and everything else pales in comparison. The exclusive claim that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life is true.... no one can come to God except through Christ. Just the way it is... no arrogance intended.

Yes, i believe so....Life is a journey, and i believe we all end up at the same destination. There is only One Divine Entity, and regardless of what aspect or facet of the Divine you worship...as long as it works for you and fills you spiritually, then it is right for you.
It doesnt matter how many different names or translations of a peach there may be....once you take a bite...a peach is still a peach!
Peace and Love To All!
Blessed Be )o(

There is only one God. Only He created all things. But there are forces of evil in many religions. The real God shows genuine love for His creation. Thats why He sent His Son Jesus to die for our sins to get us back to Him.
I feel God's presence for the past 7 months. I can surely tell He is there.
Please read how He changed my life,

No there is only one true God and that is God the Father (I AM) and His son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit the Spirit of God. God Bless.
God is a jealous God and do not want you to worship any other gods but Him.
