Do you guys use it as more of a gentle warning? Maybe you see it as a “truth” and you seek to inform your children of a danger and gently guide them away from it? Isn’t that just a nicer way of putting what is still in essence, a threat? Especially considering, for example; a car reversing down a driveway is a perceivable danger and ones children should most definitely be warned of it, but hell is not perceivable and is not a danger to life at all, so the only purpose of its existence is as a threat, do you follow my logic? And if you think God or Jesus or whatever other omnipotent being you believe in protects you from hell, then why mention it at all? The fact that the choices one makes throughout life affect whether or not one goes to hell can only mean that hell is used as a threat to make one more likely to make what are believed to be the rights choices, can’t it?

Hi, I have been smoking weed for a few years now. I don't need the criticism, I know it is bad or whatever but so are a lot of things........ MY QUESTION IS...... I don't seem to get that high any more. When I first started smoking, I got stupid high, now I struggle to even feel any thing other than tired. Are there any tricks or what is my problem? I usually smoke a joint but sometimes I use my bong or pipe.

Scientists believe that in different frequencies there might be other creatures such as ghosts or spirits and to see them we must be in tuned to that frequency?
Its like this:when you tune in to the radio you can choose from different frequencies but you can only hear one but the others are still there.
My question is that if there are other such "frequencies" how are we able to coexist ? How is it that there are two or three worlds at once.
I am well aware that we share electrons in atoms they are never in one place . Do the other electrons go to the other frequencies. ?Are electrons the only things that can change frequencies and coexist in different dimensions? Or is this all bullsh** and there is no such thing?

I honestly do not think there is a problem here. I am 18 and honestly cannot go anywhere without guys looking at me. I am very nice looking. I do not let it go to my head but I know that I am. My uncle, who I haven;t seen in 3 years, told me I looked hot. And not like, "Oh, you look hot dear". No, I walked out of my room to show everyone and he was like, "Oh my god, wow, You are seriously hot. I mean like on fire hot!" I asked him if he really thought so and he said if he was my age and we weren't related, I shoulkd watch out. I took it as a very flattering compliment. My mom and dad gave him a very large glare. My mom told him later she was really pissed at him. He has never flirted with me or touched me inappropriately befrore or after the compliment. He just said his peace, and myself and my guy friend agree with him. He's not a creepy uncle, just outspoken. So, what is my mom all upset about. She said it was innapropriate. I told her to knock it off. Any comments?

I dread meeting new people because my mind goes blank. I might ask/answer a few questions that I can come up with, but not knowing the person makes it extremely hard to carry on a conversation. Almost always I don't know what to say and end up averting my eyes/looking around and a big akward silence ensues.

I have noticed that some people do not have this problem, and give the appearance of having a relaxed/easy flow of conversation with people they just met.

Any tips? Thanks!

Where did the "Mormons and their 'magic underwear' " rumor start, and why do people believe it??? It's just a bunch of bogus. I mean, the people that go to the Temple wear garments to remind them of the covenats they have made with the Lord, but they aren't "magical." I mean, you act like you are looking for any stupid reason, no matter how impossible it is, to hate us.
You say that God didn't talk to Joseph Smith, or he doesn't reveal things to our Prophets today, or that the Book of Mormon isn't true, yet you believe that we have magical underwear.......as well as the other things you say about us.....please tell me how that makes logical sense, because I am very logical and it sure doesn't make sense to me.....
