It wasn't that long ago Jimmy Swaggart offered one of the greatest public confessions ever recorded about his relationship with a prostitute and his addiction to pornography. Has he been restored to ministry?

He's been doing that over and over for about 20 years now. I believe he is still preaching on TV, yes, although he would not have to be restored to ministry in order to do that. Pat Robertson has not been a minister since 1988.

He is now the leader of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and still active. It has been a long time since he confessed to having an affair with a prostitute.
