For a teenager just as for anyone else who has chosen Christ, it is the same, we shouldn't disobey God, by reading His Word we learn what is right according to Him and what is wrong. (no matter what man says man is not perfect, God is) so we must be respectful, know the law and obey it (I mean God's law) though we are not saved by the Law our justice has to be even greater than the rest of the world.

Remember Jesus sais that a tree is recognize by it's fruits. Your fruits are what you do, say or don't do or don't say.
Cussing comes in the cathegory of respect. for others and yourself, you don't need to cuss, you have vocabulary and you can be clear when you speak. But if you have other precise questions you can email me: monfille@yahoo.com

Oops! Almost all the Christians I know do almost all of that!

No offense, but how come Christians are so much more likely to be non-religious than any other group? Christianity is the largest religion in the world. But if you took out all the people who are Christian but could care less and go to parties, get drunk, get laid, etc., and are only left with the true Christians, you are left with a very small amount...

I disagree with the perspective of the question. If we focus on what we shouldn't do then we fall into the trap of the legalists who think by obeying a bunch of rules they can get right or stay right with God. It's a slippery slope.

I agree with those who say focus on what we SHOULD do. For this I go with Jesus: "The first commandment is to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. The second is similar: Love your neighbor as yourself." These two commands sum up the entire OT law and are sufficient for NT living.

Whatever you believe that God does not want you to do then don't do it. The best place to get your standards from is the Bible. Read it and see what it says. If you don't find it in the Bible than that doesn't mean it's okay it just means you need to use good judgement. We are supposed to live like Christ did while he was on earth. o even though it sounds stupid and corny think of that phrase "What would Jesus do?"

Avoid reading the Bible.

Psalms 1:1-3
Blessed are those who do not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but who delight in the law of the LORD and meditate on his law day and night. They are like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

Well I suggest you refer to a bible. There are the 7 deadly sins, but I would say avoid any sin in general.

God is not going to punish you for the way you express yourself. Grown-up do it enough.

God doesn't take offense, because He/She doesn't have the human pettiness to get mad or hold grudges. Time is the great teacher. God doesn't play Russian roulette with our lives

There are many things that you shouldn't do. The best way to find out what these things are is to draw near Jesus. He, through his grace, truth, and authority, will reveal these things to you.

There are lots of things, but I can't type that fast.

Things teens should avoid include but are not limited to drugs, cirgarettes, tobacco in any form, sex in any form, cheating in school and disobeying their parents.

Should NOT...
be prideful, blaspheme (take God's name in vain), cheat, steal... basically you shouldn't break any of the ten commandments. You SHOULD love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and strength, and you SHOULD love your neighbor as yourself.
