Scientists believe that in different frequencies there might be other creatures such as ghosts or spirits and to see them we must be in tuned to that frequency?
Its like this:when you tune in to the radio you can choose from different frequencies but you can only hear one but the others are still there.
My question is that if there are other such "frequencies" how are we able to coexist ? How is it that there are two or three worlds at once.
I am well aware that we share electrons in atoms they are never in one place . Do the other electrons go to the other frequencies. ?Are electrons the only things that can change frequencies and coexist in different dimensions? Or is this all bullsh** and there is no such thing?

Instead of saying another world inside our world, I would rather put it as parallel worlds, or duplicate of our worlds, only in a different plane. Your question asks how do we co exist with the worlds, my point of view is that the worlds are like duplicates, only that we might be in duplicate A and they might be in duplicate B and so on...so we dont collide with each other. Occasionally these "frequencies" from other worlds match with our world's frequencies, thus it becomes an intersection joined together, where you might see spirits but you cant touch them or they probably wont know you are there as well. Basically the key factor here is the linking of worlds or dimensions, which some areas have to be a match between both to bring either party to the other world.

I certainly can't give you a scientific answer but I can tell you that I believe in the possibility. I also think that it's possible for 'mirror worlds' to overlap, producing that deja vous feeling.

Only you can decide for yourself if it's bull, personally I don't see the harm in entertaining the notion.
