Let's say someone is immortal and spends all their time meditating. They imagine a deer and through years of meditation map out every cell, every bone, every chemical reaction that would go on inside that deer. They can remove any influence they would have on this imagination of theirs and sort of suspend it, and let everything inside it serve its purpose.

I'm just thinking about what if someone could have a fully functioning life form inside their mind unlike the superficial images of animals we have inside ours.

Would this be a life?

I have accepted Christ. But sometimes i fail to obey his word. I enjoy going to church and having fellowship with my brothers and sisters there. But once in a while, I wouldnt feel like going. i will just want to stay home and do my own stuff, hence making some excuse, which thereafter i will feel guilty. Fellow brothers and sisters, I need some encouragement, I want to walk close to God, but sometimes, I find it a bit of a struggle.

Why don't all the Followers of Christ start saying:
"Oh Buddha!",
"Oh Muhammad!", and
"Oh Allah!" ???

Could it be that [Christians/Followers of God] respect the followers of other religions/faiths, even when we don't respect their beliefs and what they do?

from our money, should we expect them to work on Sundays since its "just another day"? After all, Sunday was originally set aside as a day to go to church.

Jesus did not kill anyone, He died for everyone, making fun of Jesus just proves the kind of person you are. You probably idolize Hitler and Stalin. You make fun of Jesus just to anger Christians, and since you just want to anger people, you must truly be miserable with your time, you obviously do not want to help people, or anything else that would benefit anyone but yourself. If that is true-------are you happy with who you are?

What does the term 'hater' actually mean, apart from the obvious? I just read a question which had put "...its the same with bassists, they're all haters'.

Without you having to ask, Christ was beat with a CAT OF NINE TAILS, a whip with SHARP PIECES OF BONE AND POTTERY sewn it, so that it literally RIPPED the flesh off when it struck. He then was beaten punched over and over so severly that the Bible records " you could scarce tell that He was Human."
And then to top it all of Jesus was crucified for our wrongs, He had committed no crimes of His own. IN YOUR CASE, DID ALL OF THAT ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING WITHIN YOU?

ONLY YOU AND GOD CAN ANSWER THAT.

History proves that Jesus really did live, and that He was executed. His word has survived centuries of criticism, and lives on, despite the great intellects that oppose it.

What did all of Christs suffering accomplish within you?
Are you ungrateful, uncaring, or are you humbled, and thankful?

I mean don't look at Iraq now or Afghanistan after 2001. Let's look at the Arab countries, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, etc. These nations have a far lower crime rate (especially when it comes to homicide) than most of the Western Christian countries. Not just that, but even among the West, you'll find America (the most Christian of them) having the highest rates of homicides! Again, in America itself, you shall find the crime rate reaching its maximum in the Bible Belt states. Why is that?

On the contrary, the more Islamic a country is, the lower is its crime rate. When I visited Saudi Arabia, it was far safer than Egypt and Turkey. Yemen is even safer than all; being the safest nation in the world.

In fact, many Westerners who came to visit Muslim countries, were so fascinated by the fact that these countries are comparatively very safe, that they converted to Islam at once; though these countries were much poorer and less-developed. Those who didn't convert still showed admiring.
