There is no such thing as de-evolution. Evolution is a scientific theory that explains facts. And there are no facts that would "de-evolution.
"stupidity" and "hatred" are just two of many characteristics of man. Nothing has really changed.

These are relative concepts that mean different things to different people. It would take little energy to dismiss them as delusion and make them disappear.
