if we state that the universe is infinite, then there is an infinite time. and if there is an infinite time, there is a 100 % probability for everything to happen in this universe.

for instance, what is the probability of getting a pair of 2 if you roll a pair of dice in a sertain period of time lets say a roll per second? 1 of 36 per second is correct. NOW what is the probability of getting a pair of 2 if i keep rolling the dice for an infinite time? the chanse is 100 % i will get a pair of 2... right?

this is just a hypotesis so please dont get ofended. now i ask what is the probability of getting a human being if we combine the right chemical elements and we wait one second to get the results? the answer is ovious 0 % but now i ask what is the probability that a human or any living think might be formed if the time reaches infinty? the answer is 100% probable.

i believe more in probability that in God, for einstein once said God does not play dice with the universe. LOL

And creationism is going out the window. It's pretty much dead in Europe. The largest Christian sect doesn't comply either.

my last question I asked got a negative response. lets just set the facts straight. humans (whether black, white/caucasion, middle eastern, east asian, native american, or hispanic) are a species. Race does exist. people saying that there is only one race are stupid.

put it this way. dogs are a species. humans are a species
dogs have many breeds
humans have many races.

Do you belive that Ignorance, narrow minds, and stupidity is the root of all evil? Not money. I mean, when Christians killed pagans, and when islamic extremists killed non islamist, where is the money in that? All that was there was "Your are not right, we are right, and we will kill you for being wrong!" type of mentality.

BTW- I'm not saying that you can't have both, but which is more imporatant? Having a good sense of morality, or having a belief in a god?

I've heard stories about churches in Africa (Present Day) were people are being raised from the dead. What are your thoughts on that? Please consider: Is it possible? If it is true what does it mean for religion and those who don't believe? Have you looked into it at all?

Okay, my favorite author writes books about different types of shape shifters living together in a semi-peaceful coexistance.
Which brings me to my question.
If you could re-'morph' your body into any animal form, which animal would it be, and why would it be that animal?
I'm curious to see what people have to say.

My husband does not like it that our daughter says "what?" when she does not hear something. She does this because it's how I say it. He wants her to say "excuse me, I didn't hear you." I think "what" is fine and "excuse me, I didn't hear you" is okay but not necessary and sort of fussy. I'm more casual. Is it rude?

(Our daughter is almost 3. She says "please", "thank you", and "I'm sorry" regularly.)

I keep seeing people talk about evolution being related to the age of the universe: it isn't.

I keep seeing people talk about evolution having something to do with the genesis of life; it doesn't.

Evolution speaks only to the origins of the species on the Earth. It Doesn't address how life came about. It doesn't discuss or attempt to prove the exact age of the Earth (though it does take a great deal of time for species to evolve, it doesn't claim any specific age of the Earth).

Evolution doesn't address the origins of the Solar system or the Universe.

Trying to disprove Evolution with a discussion about the genesis of life is like trying to disprove Christianity with the cost of a Babylonian cow.

Why do people keep trying to argue about Evolution with things that have nothing to do with it?

how does evolution explain the capacity for psychological growth, when evolution by nature grants no practical use for such growth? that is evolution only explains our physiological development because of our basic needs for survival, no such psychological growth is needed. if psychological development was a product of evolution, then how come humans, who came after the animals, are the only species of animal that exhibits these qualities?

Could the point in believing in God be to fully awaken some essential quality buried within us?

Is a deity an archetype for our own deepest nature?

By regularly reflecting on this perfection can we eventually clear our mind to the point of becoming this perfection?
