Do you belive that Ignorance, narrow minds, and stupidity is the root of all evil? Not money. I mean, when Christians killed pagans, and when islamic extremists killed non islamist, where is the money in that? All that was there was "Your are not right, we are right, and we will kill you for being wrong!" type of mentality.
BTW- I'm not saying that you can't have both, but which is more imporatant? Having a good sense of morality, or having a belief in a god?

A wise man once said that "evil is the root of all evil, not money. For evil needs no motivation, rhyme or reason." Osama bin Ladin does what he does for free. So did Hitler. Money is merely a bi product. Power is the true motivation-powered by narrow minds and weak wills. Usually fueled by hatred or propaganda. Besides plenty of "good" people are rich. Bill Gates, Ophra Winfrey, the guy that owns Virgin Airlines...

first of all, money is not the root of all evil. The desire for money is the root of all evil. You can believe that or not but its true.
Without God who decides what is moral? Do those muslims get to, they will cut off your hand for stealing and kill you for adultery.
Do people like Charles Mansion get to? He will kill you just to spill your blood and scare everyone else.
How about Hitler, would you want his morals?
Who makes the rules? What is moral if there is no God?

all your ideas are remarkable. God hates the sin no longer the sinner. A prosperous man or woman can get into Heaven yet Jesus does let us comprehend it may be greater solid for them. Its greater solid for them because of the fact maximum of human beings think of interior the words of this existence like that guy interior the bible who does no longer supply up all his riches to carry on with Jesus. If somebody is prosperous and that they share their wealth, are no longer grasping, thank the Lord for his blessing , dont positioned their riches above God then they are able to get into Heaven merely like everyone else who has settle for Jesus Christ. I don’t desire to offend you yet its clean your loved ones desires prayers. Race with reference to pores and skin shade isn't even noted interior the bible. actually everyone regardless of their “race” would be decide truly by skill of God the father. There are issues human beings can do to make the international a greater powerful place and it would not could desire to special issues the two each and every little bit helps. you need to make the international a greater powerful place that's no longer thinking evil or something you're being helpful. you're no longer thinking evil ideas this a sturdy ideas. your loved ones are people who're lost and returned want prayers.

Folks,
That verse has been misquoted multiple times (even in the answers), and continues to be misquoted in our society as a kind of proverb, which contributes to the logic problem with your question.
I Timothy 6:10 (a) For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. (NIV version)
All kinds of evil, not all evil - obviously a significant difference in how we understand it.

It certainly causes more problems than money. Money fixes many problems, tho certainly not all of them. And, just to set the record straight, the Bible says the LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil, which is quite a different thing from money itself.

actually, neither. If you look, the verse actually says The love of money is the root of all evil. Also, it doesn't mean monetary riches, but also means anything that forwards your cause.
"The love of riches is the root of all evil" Thats what that passage means. riches can mean many things other than monetary gains.

I believe you've miss quoted. It's the LOVE of money which is the root of all evil. When you make money your God. There shall be no Gods before me. (paraphrased)

First of all, if you are referring, perhaps to the crusades or the inquisitions, it would've more than likely been BIBLICAL Christians being put to death for their stand on the Word of God ALONE, and NOT agreeing to stand with the Church of ROME!
And NO, I believe The LOVE of money is the root of all evil, as the Bible accurately states, not as you misquoted.

If there is complete belief in God, then a good sense of morality will naturally follow, cos if God was immoral, he really, really wouldn't be God.
