Are male/female roles typical in gay male relationships? I'm pretty new to the "gay world" so I don't have a lot of experience on how many gay relationships work. But I'm pretty sure that if I were in a relationship, I would prefer the female/wife role becuz I'm pretty submissive by nature.

I was just wondering if defining roles are typical in gay relationships, becuz if I were to talk about my desire to be "the wife" with a future boyfriend, I wouldn't want him to think i was weird or something.

Don't get me wrong, I like being a boy, but I just like to have a big strong husband to take care of me emotionally and protect me ;) LOL

after a few days, they die and dry out and make a mess.. and you don't feel like cleaning it up. And you would rather have them spend that 60 bucks on something more fun and enjoyable. How do you say it without sounding mean or suggesting you don't like him?

I am a former correctional officer and a Buddhist. When I was working as a C.O., I was very conflicted about this work in relation to the 8 fold path and "Right Livelihood". I always wondered if this is a correct choice for someone who is serious about their Buddhist faith. Use of force is a very real possibility. C.O.s are trained in weaponsm, including guns, although it would be very rare if they were used. Is a Buddhist a positive role model for inmates or is their compassion better suited for other professions? In the prison system, you contribute(however indirectly) to the suffering of inmates, especially those who would be better served through treatment(drug users, etc.). This always was an issue for me, as I know there must be many Buddhist C.O.s in Asian countries!

I have just recently broke up with my boyfriend, but now I don't have a Valentine. I've been looking, but people I see that have boyfriend-potential are on the shy-side... I'm sweet, cute, and smart, but I just can't find anyone.

I believe that men and women are different but should be treated equally by society.
I work the night shift in a company and most of my collegues are men who spend half of their night surfing the net or sleeping or talking about sex and I end up doing most of the work. I have complained to the manager who completely ignored me, and now I found out that most of them are getting paid more than me. This is so unfair.
Do you think that men and women are treated equally??

...to try and prove God's existence to none-believers? the only reason we believe is by the faith God gave us '...it is a gift of God' we cannot give others faith, so why are we constantly trying to prove his existence to them? We should prove his existence through our actions and our lives, know us by our 'fruits'.

Instead of getting into heated arguments which will pretty much go nowhere, why dont you pray for unbelievers, that God will not give them over to reprobate minds, and that he, through Jesus Christ 'no one comes to the Father but by me' will, will draw them to Him.

Love all like Christ, and dont forget where you have come from.

I keep reading answers and theists calls atheists "ignorant" or "immature". Then there are answers where atheists attack theists and their faith. I have questions, i ask them, but i don't refer to others with different viewpoints as "ignorant". Does anybody else get irritated by this attack? Religion is like a battle for people who just want to be right!
