i buy a money card for somebody and mom seal it shut wit no monies in it. i don't wanna ruin card. i wanna puts money in it and reseal so it lookin like when i buy it.

Use a hair dryer to melt the glue on the envelope. Open it. Make sure your report card is ok. Then reseal it.

The only way I know of is to steam the envelope open. The heat and steam are supposed to soften and losen the adhesive used to seal the envelope. After you have looked at whats inside, steam it again and seal it back up.
Not positive about this method but, I have heard others talk about it.

believe me i do it all the time.. when i get a letter home from school....but yeah hold the envelope over the steam and it will open
