i stumble on it a lot less stressful to position self belief in a loving God utilising Evolution, on the days that i position self belief in God, than a loving God being the ideally suited Terrorist that the Fundies make him out to be. "And it got here to bypass," are the perfect 5 words interior the Bible. 'Cuz it might truly suck if some issues got here to stay. Humankind is the purely creature that knows of our ability extinction. each little thing else has its day and strikes on. it is no longer at the same time as or no matter if you die that concerns, it is that you had the threat to stay. And guy is the purely animal that doesn't continually take that chance. Extinction is purely component of the cycle of existence--although no longer something to be undertaken gently. Nature andor Nature's God is conscious what function a creature performs in an surroundings. we do not. We were given a good check out that once wolves were reintroduced to Yosemite valley and all forms of species began flourishing back. And, it is conceited interior the acute to assume that Humankind is the properly of introduction. God would have created us and placates us with faith, to grant a help mechanism for dogs, cats and mosquitos--purely as i have self belief, some days, that God created Gays so as that someone would help Broadway Musicals and purchase Barbara Streisand albums. in short, do not bypass round assuming that you recognize what God is as a lot as. If I die, and there is a God, I intend to sit down with her over a bottle of excellent whiskey and ask.

God is a spirit. He could just glide like a hovercraft. He does not have to walk like any living things he created. So how to find any foot print that was left behind. If you believe the existence of God, you can explain everything that you see. All are created by Him. The variety and the uniqueness of each living thing that was created will appall any sincere enquirer. How difficult it is to deny the existence of God.

How would anyone know that they were his? Would they have a halo over them? Right next to the burning bush? Or on Mt. Sinai?

It's kind of like that Footprints in the Sand poem, only in reverse. I've compared my footprints when I was walking with God and when I wasn't walking with God. They both looked like they were made with Merrel's Jungle Mocs.

I am weak, but Thou art strong;
Jesus, keep me from all wrong;
I'll be satisfied as long
As I walk, let me walk close to Thee.

Just a closer walk with Thee,
Grant it, Jesus, is my plea,
Daily walking close to Thee,
Let it be, dear Lord, let it be.

Through this world of toil and snares,
If I falter, Lord, who cares?
Who with me my burden shares?
None but Thee, dear Lord, none but Thee.

Just a closer walk with Thee,
Grant it, Jesus, is my plea,
Daily walking close to Thee,
Let it be, dear Lord, let it be.

When my feeble life is o'er,
Time for me will be no more;
Guide me gently, safely o'er
To Thy kingdom shore, to Thy shore.

Just a closer walk with Thee,
Grant it, Jesus, is my plea,
Daily walking close to Thee,
Let it be, dear Lord, let it be. (JR Baxter, Jr.)
