There have been so many gods and spirits in human history. From the gods of volcanos(who can even remember all their silly names now?) To the gods of the Eygptians and so on. Yet as soon as people stop thinking about them they seem to disappear.
Why not finished them all off? Who thinks this is possible?

I'm an atheist, but I believe in some ideals in various religions like the root of all evil is Greed (from Buddhism) and stuff like that. I don't belive in higher spiritual beings like Gods and Goddesses, but does that make me a hypocrite?

I am curious about finding folksongs songs about and involving Finnish Folklore. I am a fan of some contemporary artists and I would like to integrate some songs into my performances. Can anyone direct me to a site or a piece of literature that has lyrics to folksongs?
