Yes I believe there could be other lifeforms in the univers with intelegent beings that are developed technology that would make our technology look like a cave man.
Are you aware that people are walking around with a cell phone that has more computing power than the computers in the apollo rockets that went to the moon?

If this includes those who may have visited the Earth then they would be much more advanced then mankind if for no other reason then the ability to just get here, the vast distances in the universe demand a technology that allows speeds greater then that of light (186000mi per sec) or some other mode of transportation. We may be the subject of study. Now if you wish to include all possible intelligent (term used using humans as the model) forms within the Universe then one must assume that not all of these forms evolved the same or even the same speed and conclude some would be ahead of ourselves and others behind our level. What types of technology they can use when visiting here? Impossible to even speculate. I guess it would be based on their intentions and demener

There's nothing that says it isn't possible... If we can exist in this universe, why can't another species similar to us?
If Earth has water, and an atmosphere, and is at an optimal range from a good star, then why can't other planets be the same. After all, there are billions of planets out there.
There's no known reason why there shouldn't be a lot of other species out there that are like us... We just haven't seen them yet...
