I cringe whenever a new Bond film comes out. They're boring as hell. But my husband loves Bond films and wants me to go with him. So, what is it? The gratuitous explosions? The sexy women? Why do some men like those boring movies? (I've asked him-he just gives me wit, not real answers.)

An argument between a German and an English guy. It is getting louder and louder... Suddenly the English guy yells out:
"Wanna throw a brick!?"
"Yes. I am very angry now!" answers the German. Picks up a brick and throws it into the windows of a butcher-shop....
"And now — Run!" the Englishman says...

Something was missunderstood, badly missunderstood.
But can You --- please --- explain WHAT the German guy missunderstood !???

I want to send a Christmas card to Joe Smith, Jane Jones-Smith, and their children. Do I address it to the Smith family or the Jones-Smith family? Or, something else?

My friend gave me this card with my gift and I was quite shocked to see that he would do that. His gifts did not look regifted... why would he regift the card in such an obvious tasteless manner? I hope he didn't see the look of disgust on my face.

Hear me out... If God is omnipotent, then he can do anything. He has the ability to do everything, but to prove that he is truly omnipotent, he has to go out and do everything, right? So God has obviously stolen, lied, slept with his neighbor's wife, fed a goat, ate a lemur, hacked into a government website, created the internet, faxed me my memo at noon today, burped the alphabet forward and backward thirty-five times in one burp, worked at McDonald's as a night janitor, paid taxes, charged taxes, bore a son, raised a son, killed a son, etc etc etc. I guess the list is infinite... BUT, if God has done everything, has he written this question before me? Would he know the answer? He is, after all, omniscient, right? Does he know who goes to Heaven and who goes to Hell before they are born? Is that not manifest destiny? If this is so, where is our free will if God is just playing with us like puppets? Please answer each question without using the letter "p". Thank you.

How pointless is all this? Millions swarming in a dangerous mass. Every year hundreds to thosands die in hajj stampedes and hajj related accidents. What do Muslims say? "this is an honor to die this way. they are martyrs!" Wow, guess there is nothing they cant rationalize.

What do they do on this deadly journey of mindless ritual? Well, its all about rocks. Picking up rocks and throwning them at another rock in a "stoning the devil" childs game. Circling a big rock and bending over in front of the rock. Travelling to a big pile of rocks and pretending to confront Allah with lots of whining and crying (bet he loves that).

Surrounding this lovely childs game is Allah's dirt poor Meccan Muslims. Amazing...

Why as christian we support Jews. Who killed Jesus. Jesus was from them but Jesus did not preach what they want so they killed him. How come we can love them. God cant give prefrence to any one because he is from a some special race. GOD is for every one and Jesus was supporter of that. Jews killed him because they wanted support from him to give power to thier race but he denied and he gave message and good person is just good and there is no preference for race. Christianity is for everyone not just some kind of race and even they dont care about christianity . If we are supporting them because they belong to Jesus race then why they killed him. They just want to make them powerful and they think other all people are nothing which is wrong. We are forgetting history because they are controlling our minds as well as our souls. Who are dying for them our christians soldiers. Why we support them because they belong to race of Jesus but they killed him because Jesus was against this

They had a website around 1999 and even published a few books. I ran across them on the Wikipedia around 2004. Does this ring any bells? They are rumored to use corporal punishment on each other and have a quasi-mythical belief in a world without men. And they divided women into blonds and brunettes as a psychological description( ie that's very blond of you.)

Does any of this ring any bells?

I am a Yahoo answer user for a while. But it is getting frustrating more and more. What irritates me that on good questions (no joke questions) I see so many stupid answers. Especialy under Religion and Middle East. What is happening in Yahoo Answers? Is Yahoo Answers just a playground for frustrated useres? Do people not follow some kind of etiquette cause it is anonymous?
What's about having respect for each other, the one who ask a question and the one who answers it?
