What's a cult in england that only allows women to join and thinks pop culture past 1963 is horrible?

They had a website around 1999 and even published a few books. I ran across them on the Wikipedia around 2004. Does this ring any bells? They are rumored to use corporal punishment on each other and have a quasi-mythical belief in a world without men. And they divided women into blonds and brunettes as a psychological description( ie that's very blond of you.)
