does anyone know if it says anywhere in the Bible that dogs go to heaven. If you are gonna say dogs wont go to heaven dont answer

for example "maids a milking" I would get a milk product maybe. Im really stumped with this one. what do i get? the partys tomarrow!!!

I say it is on the basis of this point. The constitution forbids cruel and unusual punishment. While the Bible says most of us are going to burn in a lake of fire. Burning would not be allowed by the constitution. I'd be interested in anyother examples of this along with other agreeing or disagreeing commentary.

My daughter is 15 and her very best friend in the world just told her she was gay. At first I thought she was ok w/ it but as time goes by I think I could be wrong. Tonight her friend came over to spend the night as she has done every weekend since they were 4 and her friend came to me crying asking to take her home...she said my daughter wil not undress in front of her anymore and will no longer share her bed. They have honestly slept togeather atleast 2 nights a month togeather for 11 years. I asked my daughter and she said it makes her uncomfortable now even though her friend has never even hinted to wanting anything other than friendship. Now this poor kid is asleep on my couch and my daughter is in her room...bothcried themselves tosleep. What can I do to help. We have no problem w/ her (the friend) being gay she is a great kid I just don't want this friendship to end. PS.. keep in mind we are from a very small town in Kentucky.

I was trying to get on a plane but my guy friend would'nt let me.

He made me sit on some concrete steps,I had lost my pants[!] and was trying to cover up my legs.He was staring at me.

I sat one step higher than him then eventually I stepped down to his step and then he kissed me.

I tried to cover my legs and he said it didnt matter that he liked them the way they were.

The main reason why people believe in God is that they are brainwashed in childhood.But some people still come out of it.I reslised thre was no God when I was 8 without anyone insighting me.I did not even know there where atheists other than me.Why do only some peoplee realise there is no God?

Just yesterday I found out that a girl I went to school with commited suicide. (this is like the third one in less than a year that I know of :-( From what I was told she was going through a very nasty divorce and had already lost custody of her two kids, and had recently lost her job and was facing eviction (she had substance abuse issues too). The coroner reported that she had died from a combination of medication and alcohol. There was an empty bottle of Vodka next to her bed where she was discovered (they are not sure if she downed the whole bottle but it is likely). I remember her from high school, she was a really gifted athlete, I can't believe that she did this. I'm really hoping that she just passed out, and didn't actually suffer.

My husband and I don't celebrate Christmas. He thinks its too commercial, and I think I shouldn't celebrate a "religious" holiday that I am not affiliated with. I don't celebrate Hanukkah just because, why Christmas? Anyway, our families are slightly annoyed that we aren't celebrating, but they have dealt with it. The question we keep getting is "But you are going to celebrate it once you have kids, right?" Do you think it is bad for a child not to celebrate a holiday when everyone around them is? I know that Christmas is becoming very secular, but even taking away the religious aspect, my husband would still not like the gross commercialization. Any thought? Thanks.

I noticed in some of the blogs that some white people have a hard time recognizing that they are indeed ignorant racists. Racism is all about ignorance and meanness - not knowing where we all come from - Africa. Not caring about the suffering of others - in many different countires that are not Caucasian. I know when you are on top, you won't come down, unless knocked down. I just want to know do you feel that racism is a real problem in the world? How do you contribute to it and what do some of us do to stop it? I have seen many racist comments and I just wonder if some of you are aware that you are being racist, if you are more readily willing to accept that you come from plaid or polka dot people or apes, than an African person. Africans are just people, like us.
