Yes. [All Americans are tilting more towards useing Menthol Cigarettes since that is a growing consumer. African Americans are Americans, too.]

Women started this Menthol thing. It didn't taste as bad, they thought noone could smell them and they thought it was healthier.

Men started to get into it and adopted the things women had invented as excuses.

Cigarette companies jumped all over this, made more flavors, made more varities of ordinary Menthol flavor and now put more addatives into Menthol.. especially those they know trigger a stronger addiction. This way people that only want to try get hooked more easily.

Here is my observation on the whole menthol thing: Women, both Black,White or Asian seem to like menthol. Both my White and Black male friends seem equally divided on choice of flavor. It seems that my Black Male friends smoke more cigars than my White male friends do and my White male friends prefer snuffs(dips ) and chewing tobaccos than my Black male friends do . I have friends of all nationalities from at least 7 continents and ,well, we all never give it a thought of who smokes what untill one of us runs out of smokes

No, most Black people prefer to smoke Crack. I see hordes of Black folks gathering around the neighborhood Crack dealer, shooting each other, doing regular gangsta $hit, all for a little taste of that white goodness.
