,how to come out of closet..so to speak and talk to my straight adult men freinds ,women, i guess just be honest?........without getting beat-up, or wrong ideas about me ?

Well, I sure do. G-d has calmed my super angry heart. I have been inraged about a situation that occured on here a few days ago, I will spare the details.

He has graced me with peace once again. I apologize for all the smart-a$$, rude, condascening Q&A's I posted. Does that make it right? no. Was it a situstion that justified righteous anger? yes. Did I express it righteously? no!

However, I am glad to be used in a way that shows the love of Christ again, not the bitterness of men.

Thats my most recent testimony.....also had nice revelations recently.

Anyone have a testimony/revelation to share?

If he really is all-powerful, couldn't he have just said, "you're forgiven" and poof! we're forgiven? It worked with creating the Earth, the ocean, the sun ,the moon, the stars...... So why'd he kill his kid, to lay a guilt-trip on us?

and we say no, we will be just as responsible for your condemnation as you will be so does this answer your questions about why we keep trying to talk to you about this? (although, all we are required to do is propose the salvation prospect and after you refuse we are excused from our duty). So, I have an idea, --will you tell us you have already refused the offer of Salvation when someone talks to you about it and that you will hold us harmless on the day of judgement?

I have had experiences with both types of Christianity, but the summer that I turned 11, I had an experience with one of them that completely changed the rest of my life and I will never be the same again. I can not be neutral on this issue, so I will not reveal which one or what the influence was. I want to know YOUR opinions. I will tell you that I strongly support the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights which gives us freedom of religion and speech and free association in this country. I believe in telling the truth and not a bunch of mixed up facts about other religions and churches.

Just recently I told a friend that I can't stand another insincere Christmas card...no more! I get a phone call that day from http://www.christmasecheer.com saying someone sent me a message and it started sing "We wish you a Merry Christmas!" -- I loved it, anyone else experience my dilema and been shocked by these new free services like christmasecheer.com ?

....... and numerous other examples showing similarities in phonetics suggest that the western languages were at one time taken from India where Sanskrit is originated and the Veda was written some 30,000 years back.


Why we the Western scholars find it hard to accept the historical reality that India was the origin of all civilizations? Will Durant and Toynbee, both have advocated that India is the craddle for the world civilizations most of which have vanished in different parts of the world, leaving behind relics to recount the past..

Why do so many religious people always try to "save" Atheists?
Also, why do Atheists try to prove there beliefs to religious people?

I just don't get the constant bickering. I'm an Atheist, I never feel the urge to try to "convert" anyone. Why can't everyone just except the others differences? What's the point of trying to "convert" them? How will that change YOUR life any?

Much of the bible is just not humane, let alone divine. In my opinion, to put so much effort into excusing these writings in the face of so many truly cruel passages and the horrific suffering in the world is indicative of an unhealthy relationship. The neglectfulness of their god in making himself clear, or even kind, is ignored through massive effort. They spend their lives trying to build a relationship with a silent and neglectful partner, whom they excuse for cruel acts and words. Christians jump through hoops for their god and their beliefs,engineering experiences and emotions while the cool reality is that there is silence at the other end. Christians blame themselves if they feel something is going wrong in their lives or their heartfelt and anxious prayers are not answered, rather than blame or question the existence of the silent god who leaves them to suffer the worst that life can throw at them.


So do you feel sorry for them?
