Does it have to be a thing? "tocado" has the meaning of touched, or cracked, and "trufas" has the meaning of lies, falsehood. If something is "tocado de trufas" it could be seen as tainted by falsehood -- not something to be believed. Or a person could be described as "tocado" (wrong in the head) and given to imagining all sorts of crazy things ("trufas")

well "trufas" is truffles. and "tocado" has a variety of meanings...you are gonna have to look up the phrase. in spanish, you cant take every word literally.
