Once again, ignorance of the facts leads to misconceptions.
You need to study ethics very carefully, then move on to the several ways God speaks with people.
Very simple, yet awesome.

God is all knowing, yes, but not the way we human beings think!
He does not interfere with the free will He gave us otherwise it is not free will.He only knows to the minutest detail the effect or consequence of every decision we make!that is the difference. If He should know before hand the thought of a murder, then that makes Him an accomplice.but we all know this is impossible!
it is up to man to know and learn His will, this way we will better understand this world and its beyond!
also remember,God does not reward or punish!when Bush or congress passes a law,and the law is broken, none of these people come to arrest and punish you, but you will be dealt with!that is the same about His will.the laws are there and are inexorable.you reap whatever you sow, whether good or bad.call it whatever you want to but there are beings out there that makes sure the will of God stands unshakened.nothing, not even His inborn son is above these laws.

The whole world is like an examination for humans,
its like an entrance exam , which we give ,
so that we can qualify for heaven.
We applied for this exam and here we are for the exam.
God has given us brain and wants to decide every thing in this exam ,
there is good and bad every were,
its to us how do we take them in life.
what ever we do , that is the decision taken by us.
Its not that what ever is written about us, will happen.
we decide our own future.

Are you saying that God doesn't know what he is doing? Are you saing that you have full understanding of the human heart and mind?
If you are referring to the Law of Moses - it was to show what sin is - not just to punish. Otherwise, how would we know what sin was?

God doesn't know, because he does not exist. However, the people who use his name to control others are very clever psychologists who use constant reinforcement of beliefs using alternating threats and promises of eternal reward. It's worked well for them so far, but more and more of us are waking up to it.
