Just need some input for a paper I'm typing. Thanks alot!

I ask this in the religion catagory because she now says things like it was a sin and the sin is hers. I only had the procedure done because her doctor advised it. She very nearly died carrying our daughter and her doctor advised against any more pregnancies for her life's sake. We have two wonderful children, an older boy as well as the daughter, and since the operation was less invasive for the man, vasectomy vs tube tying, I had it done.
She was in total agreement at the time but now seems to think that it was a crime against God and nature and says that it has ruined sex for her.
I miss the sex, I won't try to lie about that, but I am really more worried about her mental state since I don't know where this stuff she is saying is coming from. She won't discuss with me it to any degree and refuses to see a marriage counsoler or talk to her doctor about it as a medical problem and says that I should accept the situation.

I am agnostic and do not think highly of organized religion. How could God, if he exists, banish me to hell if there is compelling scientific evidence that he probably does not exist? Wouldn't he be punishing me for the intelligence HE gave me?

Oh, and another question...If God know everything; Why would he even create us as he already knows what is going to happen? Can God create a rock he can not lift??

I've heard things like "There are no Atheists in foxholes," or "You won't be Atheist when judgment day comes!" that pretty much make fun of Atheists by predicting about what they might do when in trouble. But honestly, how Christian would it be to laugh at an Atheist who is scared out his wits of something about to happen, like illness or certain death of self or a loved one? Some seem to get a warm fuzzy feeling at the thought of Atheists going to hell after realizing "they were wrong". So wouldn't that make you the horrible person? Thoughts?

You see it all the time. A Black man is killed by police. His family, friends, and community take to the streets and they raise Hell! People get fired.

When Whites are wronged by the system, they shrug their shoulders and quietly say "What can you do?"

I'm all for Merry Christmas, because it doesn't even seem religious anymore. It's ironic that Christians who say Merry Christmas probably do not celebrate the birth of Jesus, as the holiday had intended. However, Happy Holidays is the more politically correct term. I think Merry Christmas justs rolls off the tongue better. What do say?

i recently posted a question about what i should do about a certain eating establishment that my gf and i visited the other night i was dressed as michaela ( i am very passable) we got to the place were seated and the waitres came to take our order we ordered our drinks, and within two minutes we were being asked to leave by the manager, he said taht if we did not go he would call the police, i was so embarrased i wanted to cry right there, the only thing that stopped me was i was more angry than hurt. needless to say to avoid any bigger scene than was already being made we left, my gf still thinks i should consult an attorney over the matter. i cant understand why they were so rude we were minding our own buisness just intent on having a quiet night out i know nobody in the place knew i was not a "real woman" no one even gave us a second look when we entered so it had to be the waitress ( i do not have a very fem voice) she must have realized that i was not a "real" girl when i spoke

Honestly, I'm not trying to be offensive to anybody. I'm an agnostic, but I just wonder. If God exists, there's just so many horrible things in the world. People suffering, and starving, and dying. If He is supposed to be just and loving, how can he let things go on? The only possible line of rationale always seems to center around deism--I do not not know. Please nobody get offended--I see what I see, and everyday I move closer to being an atheist, because I think that with the world the way it is, there can not possibly be a God.
