As long as I felt the driver was serving customers well, and wasn't missing some imporant keys to customer service by their rush, and wasn't messing up orders, I would definitely appreciate their hard work. As long as it is a job well done, then that driver who is really hustling is setting a standard for other drivers and keeping the customers happy.

Most places only have a couple of drivers, so, it seems pretty unlikely that any one of them could "hog" runs. Everybody takes turns; calls come in while one or the other is out on a delivery. And hustling? That's the name of the game! More runs, more $$$. Common sense there, no?
