My concern is simple. We are being bombarded everywhere we look and listen about how we are damaging the planet. We are urged to turn off lights, turn of 'standby' to use the bus or walk. However it disgusts me that supermarkets continue to keep their lights on after closing! that high rise buildings have their lights on 24/7! that the same offenders have their computers on 24/7! surely it is logical to assume that if these were switched off as much as possible, costs would decrease, the amount of pollution would decrease, the cooker effect which is London would decrease and it would encourage me for one to be more inclined to switch off my lights if its part of a national effort!!

Whenever I am out and about, I feel so initimidated by all these older men who stare at me/check me out. Its so obvious, its funny. What is with these guys in their 30s and 40s and 50s staring at 17 year old girls?? Sometimes men stare at me who have kids younger than me. Do other girls have this feeling of intimidation when an old man stares at you?

is billions? However man is the ONLY intellegent, and clever enough to build civilizations, develop, rule the earth and reach the outer space.

If we look at the most intelligent animal we will find the gab is enormous:

- they are unable to build even a small house.
- they didn't develop a bit throughout millions of years
- they don't wear clothes
- No point in their lives

Is it a chance that the theory of evolution chose only one creature out of billions other to go through the path of intelligence?

Or you have to just admit that GOD favored man by mind?

...then why not come to church and find out for yourself? There are friendly Christian congregations almost everywhere!

Church is about worshipping God, not judging other people. No one is perfect; no one is "better" than anyone else. But by God's awesome love and Jesus' resurrection, anyone can be forgiven and healed.

A church fellowship is also about building strong communities, connecting with neighbors, and making new friends. In addition to the usual Sunday-morning worship, most churches offer extra worship services, Bible-study groups, community service, volunteer opportunities, outreach programs and other activities throughout the week.

If you've been to church before and decided Christianity isn't for you, remember--peace, joy, freedom, happiness, fulfillment, and eternal life are rare jewels; they aren't just on the ground waiting to be picked up. To gain the real treasure we must seek it with persistence and patience.

If Jesus was really God in flesh and united with God... Why did God need to send an angel to strengthen him?

Imagin you are a man who is completely united with God and furthermore filled with holly spirit, will you need any angels to strengthen you? :)

Isn't that a clear proof that Jesus was NOT God?

It states : if you shot an arrow at a tree, it would have to travel half the distance before hitting the tree, then half the distance from there, and so on; and so on - and since the distance can always be cut in half, the arrow can never reach the tree.
Now I know that the answer to this question lies in the fact that for an arrow to travel the distance without ever reaching the target it must also decrease in size by half for for this to hold sway; however our searching for god remains the same - does that mean that we believe in god less and less until we "hit the target"?

and at that point, do we have to become god just to commune with him or her?
