Because your theological view goes once saved always saved em I right..?

i keep hearing how god is untangible & we shouldn't question his tactics. but on the flipside, i'm told that it would be keen for me to have a personal relationship with my creator.some father figure he seems to be.
maybe it's just me, but if i'm to truly know someone, there can't many sectrets kept 'tween us. so here we have an omnicent (all knowing, for those who know not) father figure (God, dispite being niether sex, is often refered to in he/him/his, & IT created me/you/everything) that knows all my thoughts & doings, yet i can't (for whatever reason may be) even contemplate what he looks like. what gives?
i only question his methods in an innocent mannor, like a child watching thier father working on a car, i don't mean to be offensive. i just want to learn how he does things, so i can be inspired to be more like my "father".

I love following Jesus with all my heart, and God has used me so many times in the past two years of following him, but I just don't have a strong desire for my job/projects anymore, but I have to pay my bills. I am confused, I need strength to get these projects completed. I ask him all the time. I don't want to feel like I am slothful, I just don't have the desire? am i a spiritual christian hippie now?

Cause now that I'm out of College, those stupid things that blew my mind as a teenager were never worth it.

Is there a way that programs can be made to help teenagers not make wrong decisions that can land them in trouble.

I would give examples, but those examples are already out there in the news and grape vine....
