again - the question here is not whether or not he can lift a rock, it's "what is infinite". God is infinite - we can't understand that with our human brain because God is in a dimension that we can't comprehend (yet). It's like we as a 3 dimensional person tried to explain ourselves to someone who lived in only 2 dimensions. They don't understand the 3rd dimension because they don't live it.
Therefore there is no answer to this question - God is infinite.

This question is a paradox and cannot be answered.
If a man tells you, "Everything I say is a lie." If he's telling the truth, it's certaintly not a lie. If he's lying, some things he says are certaintly not lies.
God can do anything.
If He makes a rock that is not able to be lifted by His own strength, He can make Himself stronger.
Of course, God can do anything in the first place, so He can lift any amount of weight in the first place.
Either way....

We have a logical fallacy here- an omnipotent being and a rock that cannot be moved are logical impossibilities in the same reality. Either God is not omnipotent, or the rock can be lifted. That easy!

You should ask God to give you a better question since this question is used all the time to try and make people believe that there is no God. Believe and trust that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins and you will not have to answer for for your stupid question. 1 Corinthians 15: 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15: 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

God is all-powerful but God is also confined, if you will, to his holy and just will. It would not be in accordance with his will to do something like that. For example, God did not create evil but God did create free will and gave free will to the angels briefly when he created them. Lucifer used his free will to do that which was not in accordance with God's will and therefore that which is evil.

The question does not make sense...
If God can do anything, can he do something he can not do?
See??

is G-d crippled by the fact that he can't cripple himself? no...
