may be it ain't much like a myth to many people but here in this tiny lil town of mine this myth has a long history as people who 'd settled/worked/visited US at some phase of their lives they surely sound/seem/act/live in a better way than the rest of the flock here.So, my naive question was to the ones who r from an exotic back ground from some developing nation n now r working/staying in US, is US really tha' much of a better place to live one's life in?is the gawdy glossy image of US one gets through media is true? thanx in advance to the ones who reply.

hi i have a couple of questions i have started my own ministry. i have already have the domain name and the website up and running i want post the name or the link that would be considered spam. any way i already have a chat room on it and a few message boards etc... i want to help people its a non profit mininstry by the way. im trying to find a affordable 1800 service so i can give people one on one support. besides that i have run out of ideals are there any other free services i could offer people or things you would like to see on a site. im not making this site to make my self happy but the people who need something like this. i have chatted with many people who are either are sick and have given up hope or are thinking a bout killing their selves and a chat room isnt a real good way to help these people. any ideals will help.
also this ministery isnt one that tries to converts people its for all religions from pegan to christian and any one in between.

If so, I would ask them to look at the case of Elizabeth Smart (see: http://www.randi.org/jr/032803.html ) where agroup of "reputable remote viewers" (yes, I know what an oxymoron is) made up of "ex CIA operatives" pronounced the poor girl dead, and lambasted the local police because they didnt look for the body long enough. Luckily for the poor girl (unlucky for the professional guessers) she was found alive.
This question was prompted by someone who claimed that 'psychics were no use outside of the military' - what use are they to anyone military or otherwise?

Did you dive for it, slowly place a discrete foot over it. Did you keep it or hand it in? Were you embarrashed. I jumped off the back of a motorbike cause i saw 20sf, it was instinctive, I also looked like a total scrub, but enjoyed spending it. I also found £20 in virgin records which I kept. A man left a big fat wallet whilst packing his groceries, I wanted to keep it, but gave it back without so much as a proper thanks.

Why is there such a term that seems to be reserved for only white people, is it because white people are 'supposed to be rich' or that they should know better than to be living like the lower class?
How come there is no "black trash" is it because it is assumed that its normal for them to be ghetto (or even ghetto fabulous)?

Whats the difference between white trash and trailer trash?
How about Hispanic, Indo-European or Asiatic trash?
