No, is ignorance?

2006-10-31 21:20:21 · answer #1 · answered by ♥ terry g ♥ 7 · 4 1

No; it's an inborn condition; like being born a male or a female. A true homosexual has no choice in her/his sexual orientation. There have been people born with both sets of genitals. People who feel/think both male and female. People who feel/think neither. It has nothing to do with retardation. There is nothing wrong with the intelligence of these people.

One can't help being born homosexual; but, one can help what one does about it. Homosexual acts are forbidden by God in every religion.

Homosexuals should be compassionately understood and loved.

It's not just homosexuals. I think the whole of society is held back by narrow minded bigots.

Nope, it ain't retardation. But, c'mon! What could be more disturbing than two people of the same sex making out? I guess society just isn't fully ready to accept it.

No it is sin. God makes it pretty clear. Rom 1:26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
