That means that it's very, very cool or nice,
it feels like in the 9th Heaven,
it's too easy to realy happen!
Example: A boy wants to dance with a girl, they fall in love, get married, have kids.
Isn't it too good to be true?

As we all know good things in life isnt acheived without a bit of hard work. So when suddenly you are presented with something which seems to have been acheivable without the difficulty, it usually turns out to be something false and thus we say it is too good to be true.

It's when the situation is so good that its hard to believe it's really that good - there must be a catch....like "Lose weight by eating more! Sounds too good to be true"

Fashion real meaning is comfort. The clothes which are comfortable to you are fashion. With comfort, fashion is about latest trends in terms of clothing, hairs, ornament etc. Some people go with the latest trends but they don't see whether they are confortable in it or not. They wear clothes in which they are not comfortable and instead of setting new trends look horrible. So people should not go with latest trends but to really look fashionable should go for their comfort.
