Some people believe that certain things cause mishaps or bad things to occur, commonly called bad luck or misforturtune. 13 is called a so-called bad number, for example. I wonder why that is .

I agree that as Canadians and Americans, we should take a stand for our own beliefs. Why do we have to change for the newcomers?

I simply believe that if we're all open for "learning from each other" instead of trying to force our beliefs on another by forcing them to "assimilate" to our own ideas/behavior/beliefs. Why not just accept each other as we all are and integrate each other's beliefs to each other's hearts instead of trying to kill each other's beliefs off? If we say, "Merry Christmas" to each other, we're not insulting anyone.

I will take my stand and wish everyone a Merry Christimas! :-) And by all mean, "Happy All Hallow's Eve" too. Why not! The day after Halloween is All Saints Day, so I will also wish you all "Happy All Saint's Day!" Enjoy life. Learn from each other. Will you take the stand? Or will you let "evil men" control who you are? :> I WILL NEVER CONFORM to the limited boundaries society offers individuals. Enjoy your day, hugs xoxo :x

self preservation is the biggest instinct of man and proves all these believers are full of crap. Except for the martyrs in the muslim religion nobody believes in heaven like they say they do!

Christians are fond of saying that our finite, fallible human minds are incapable of understanding god's plan. But is it really possible for those self-same finite fallible minds to truly understand god? If we can't understand god, how can we really say that we believe in him? Isn't your faith really in some shadowy, incomplete idea of god, not in the real god? does that mean you're going to hell because you aren't worshippng the real god, only a patheticly small vision of god?

I have read a study that suggests there is all kinds of witchcraft and demons in cartoons. I don't remember there being such an issue about it when I was a kid. Scooby snacks made them go away....

Do you with hold cartoons from your kids, or now that you are grown do you think this is silly?

This manicure is at a spa, and it costs $45. For a regular manicure, I would normally tip $5. Because this manicure is more expensive, I'm not sure how much to tip.

That they are aging each and every day ? It amazes me how young people today seem to feel that there is something awful
about getting older ! I was taught to respect my elders , and I have all my life .

By the way kids life will fly by you just as quickly as it did for my generation { the baby boomers } . It seems like only
yesterday that I was out there trying to see what I could get into.
Fun was all that mattered most times , so be warned you should
always be kind to the ones who are old because unless you die real soon ... you will be older like us before you know it . Then how will others treat you !
WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND !!!
I do realize not all young people feel this way so don't be mad if you are polite and kind !
