you are fool, there are many that God will choose to lead because the leaders are needed to bring others into the kingdom of God, the leaders that i work with do a great job and they all love what they are doing, yes sometimes they need a little direction but that does not mean that they dont want to lead.

Leadership means is that you have mastered the art of influencing others. To lead others is to help them change their thoughts, beliefs and actions for the better. Managers help people see themselves as they are. Leaders help people see themselves better than they are. Leaders talk about what could be. And then they take the steps to help people become what could be. The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind but not weak; be bold but not a bully; be thoughtful but not lazy; be humble but not timid; be proud but not arrogant; have humor but without folly. Great leaders are interested in people in general, not just for what they can get from them. The leader-follower relationship is built on trust. No one will follow you if they don't trust you. A leader's life should be filled with integrity. They practice what they preach. They also talks about optimism. People want to know that where a leader wants to take them is better that where they currently are.
