Uh....every time that a question is posted. It's like they only answer to get points but don't bother to take the time to actually read and understand the question or even know the subject that they are answering. It's a waste of web space and our time if you ask me!
Okay, I have seen some really good replies. I'm not trying to offend those who actually do take the time to think over their response or have knowledge about the topic being asked. BUT, there are very few intelligent replies that have actually made sense lately. Good luck to all trying to get help with anything important.

I often see people answer questions they haven't read. I call them point chasers. They are only answering the question to get 2 pts not to help anyone.

most idiots just read the banner and start answering, they don't take the time to read the details of the question. I do it to people all of the time. Crazy innit!!
