Is that cos they couldn't find it and , being men, refused to ask for directions?

To wet,no umbrellas,and open toed sandals,not a good mix for British weather.

because at first the early britons werent into 'muticultural diversity', and, realistically enuf, didnt get on with them,but when the equivalent of our'open borders'policy was invented 80 years later, so uk businesses cud go to italy for cheap labour, they had to let them back in as a 'fair swap', even though it only helped people with international business interests;the government called the deal'multicultural diversity' and told the populace that it was a grand thing,and that they wud get used to it.(and they did-how many italians do u know?)

Actually they lost their way. besides there is not enough horses during that day. some soldiers get tired along the way and fall asleep which hinders the flight to Britain.

They only fled a rebellion at a time when they could not muster up to fight as they were involved elsewhere. When things were better they came back.

They called their troops home becasue they were being invaded by barbarians. Or something like that.
