no its not propaganda, why would america want to spread that its only going to encourage more ppl to learn ab it, before ppl say oh ppl are forced to convert, how is that possible in the US, you can follow most religions without a problem and noone can impose their beliefs on you, in spite of all of the preachers efforts to bring ppl to christianity, islam is still the fastest, muslims dont own any tv networks but christians do and they try hard to publicize, have you seen any billboards saying keep Allah in Ramadan, and again in spite of the bad image islam is suffering its still the fastest growing in religion experts say it will be the largest religion by 2050 to a true muslim numbers dont mean anything its faith but this topic is still interesting i would like educated answers only, ppl who simply criticize are those who are lost, insecure, and are in denial, may peace be upon you all

I was used by a ninja...I'm not even kidding. There's this girl in my drama class who is obsessed with being a ninja and I always sort of had a crush on her. I finally got the courage to ask her out on Tuesday. We went out for coffee and ended up having sex. On Thursday, when we had class together....nothing. No acknowledgement that it ever happened. I tried to talk to her, but she just completely blew me off. She had claimed to be completely lesbian, but she had only been with one other girl. She has a history of being a slut though, sleeping only with men. I'm just so sick of this bullshit. I'm an adult now, I'm completely over with the games and experimentation. Am I wrong for being mad? I mean, I would understand if she was experimenting with her sexuality (though I would be upset still), but she knew exactly what I was looking for. I made it crystal clear I was looking for a relationship.

My problem is that I have things burned into my mind that I'm not concensious of (thank God) things that don't originate from within me and probably go against what I believe in. the 12 steps are good but with this I would probably relate to God better than other people. I think things might be slowly commig to the surface. I would like to journal my thoughts but to describe exactly what goes on in someones mind in a few minutes could fill a book. and I don't think reading to many books is not good for the eyes and not good for the mind if they are empty things. another reason is that sometimes I'm to messed up by my own thoughts to journal. I have begged my psychiatrist and some nurses to give me a soultion and they told me that they would not. not only that I have told them that it was not depression that made me want to commit suicide, it was my pains. I asked an old man if he knew what it is like to die from the inside out, he said yes but he is an old man and I am not.

What do you think? Should we care at what happens at the world around us, or should we forget it, so the care doesn't force us to feel so badly that we can't function?

So should we just tune it out then? If so, when is the appropriate time to restore our care? And what if we tune out so much, we can never get it back?

Science would laugh at the notion of a duck appearing out of "thin air" but this is exactly what "false" science teaches when it takes evolution out of bounds. Yea, I know you will bore me with your circular logic and philosophy principles(which ,by the way ,have nothing to do with real science). It's pointless to refute this without making yourself look naieve and pitiful. So why bother?

A lot of people claim Islam is a violent religion and blame that for terrorism. The real cause is that many muslims in the middle east feel that they have been thrown off their land, live in harsh oppressed countries, and have little education. That would be enough to create violence in any culture. I understand that the Muslim/Jewish/Christian conflicts are a factor, but not the main one. If the above conditions were fixed then I believe Muslims would be as peaceful as any other religion, as most of them are right now anyways (I am not any religion btw). Why do people ignore all these genuine problems?

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!

Here's a scenario.

You are crying and you wanted your best friend to come over to comfort you because not long ago you've been traumatized in some way, attacked or whatever. But she rather be with her boyfriend than with you But she'd talk to you on the phone though. Is that ok?

So, I've been getting the old 'look around you at how incredible the world is, it must have a creator' argument lately.
Okay, practice what you preach. Look at a single cell it is so incredibley complicated and amazingly self-regulating and idealy suited to reproduce and survive, that it boggles the mind.
Now imagine the intellect that it would take to create every single cell, atom, and mote of dust.
Now compare that to your own. You might be a little above pond scum in comparisson.
Now why would some brilliant omnipotent being want to spend eternity with someone slightly smarter than a not-to-bright rock?

I feel god wants me to help others in anyway that I can, to protect, in anyway my heart feels is right. I believe for some reason we also may do these things in Heaven. we don't truly know how many levels of heaven there is. not everything is said in the Bible of what's to come:) be open in your thinking.

What do you think God has in store for you either in this world or the next?

I had a beautiful deck that I threw in the trash once I went through a phase in my life about 6 years ago trying to be a Christian, because they said the cards were "evil". Well, how are these cards evil? I miss these cards now, and wish I had them. I was very good at reading them for others and myself. It was a vintage Rider-Waite deck, and the cards really were like friends. How are they evil? Please explain. Now that I've grown up, I'm considering seeking another deck.
